Why didn’t I know about this place before?! This place is currently at the top of my list for really delicious ramen 🍜 I also especially like the fact that almost the entire menu is made from beef (it just so happens that I don’t eat pork or drink pork broth). Almost everywhere they make pork broth, even though you order a beef dish. So it’s cool when you choose the food you want and aren’t afraid of being scammed. The atmosphere is pleasant, the establishment is clean, the service is excellent. True, sometimes there are a lot of people and they have a waiting list, so there is no point in booking. But we were lucky, on weekdays when we came they closed after 50 minutes and there were very few people. Everything we ordered was delicious 🤤 The dishes have such a rich taste, I’m drooling, I want to go there again.

Overall 9.3/10, i will return That customer service was excellent, all of the staff made me feel welcomed, and I greatly appreciated that. Plenty of parking in the connected structure aswell. The fried gyoza wasn’t for me personally, but the filling was delicious , 7.8/10.The beef broth was excellent in both dishes, but more creamier in the Seabura. The Seabura was a 9.4/10, i just wish the beef was more tender, that would have sent it high! The Beefy Wild was also pretty good, 8.9/10. The only thing that i didn’t like was that the couple next to us was slurping EXTRA loud, not the restaurant’s fault lol. I highly recommend this place to all!

Got in with my reservation with no problems. Sat down, ordered and ate and ate and ate! I climbed the Mt.Fuji of Ramen called the Big Beefy! It was a battle and I managed to conquer it. Surprises throughout the ramen broth is little chunks of beef with fat on them that just melts in your mouth. So Good🤙The pic on the right is before the climb and pic on the left is after! My stomach was overcome with joy. Mahalo Kamitoku .Update 9/24 came back and had the Tan Tan with the thicker tsukemon noodles and that was the bomb. The appetizer was the Takoyaki which was freshly made. So Good. Once again this place was awesome 🤙

Seabura ramen was amazing! I might try go again tomorrow just to eat it again. One of the best ramen spots in my opinion, and ramen is pretty much my holy grail of food

Had the Beefy King bowl & Spicy Miso Butter Tsukemen! Great! It gets busy and there is a sign in sheet at the door. We sat at the bar and our food came out hot and fast. We also had the Deep Fried Oysters & Takiyaki.

Excellent customer services. The services were pretty fast. The soup was savory but a bit on the spicy side. Overall great place to get some noodles. Would have rated them 5 stars for my shoyu ramen just a little spicy for my tastes. Otherwise the waiter and waitress were really friendly.

This is one of my favorite ramen spots! Their beef bone broth is why I love their ramen! It is so creamy and flavorful! Their noodles are also perfectly cooked. Their beef is flavored just right and is tender. I always drink all the soup up, lol! Definitely brings back memories of the food in Japan.

Noodles are Very tasty. The steamed Downpoling is the best. The waiting line was long but the turnover is fast. No need to wait for too long.

The food is delicious, you can tell the chefs really are passionate about the dishes they prepare. I ate the shoyu light bowl and the beefy croquette. The shop is really clean and nice. The staff are very attentive and nice. Parking in the mall.

Absolutely delicious ramen. Their most popular ramen is so creamy and comforting. The spicy ramen isn’t overwhelmingly spicy and has just the right amount of bite.

I meant to leave a 5 star review two trips ago but I'm finally leaving it now. I have finally found the Holy Grail I have been looking for, for four years. Abura soba. I couldn't believe it when I saw it on the website as a limited special. But it's real! And man, was it worth the search when I had it in Japan four years ago. The famous beef is delicious and fatty, and the noodles are chewy, dense, and tasty - I've never had such perfect noodles with this kind of perfect texture in any other ramen shop anywhere. The soft egg is perfectly cooked, the bean sprouts lightly crispy, and the chewy crunch of the garlic chips as they soak up the oil and the fresh green onions add a great texture. Topped by a dab of some kind of tasty spice paste. This dish is second to none! If you're not too sure about this dish, the tsukemen is a good second (Ramen where you dip the noodles into an intensely flavored broth. Uses thick noodles which are just perfect for it!), but that's also a menu staple. The beef and noodles are the same excellent quality in all of the dishes. Really, the noodles are just the best!! Will definitely be coming back to have aburasoba again before the next 4-year search lollll. A lesser known dish that is hard to find outside of Japan. Get it while it's still here!!

Got here in time for the lunch special. Ramen with a half order of an appetizer. Pictured is the Seabura Ramen and not pictured, I got the Gyoza Namban. All really great choices! The ramen was beyond flavorful without being over powering with the beef creamy fat included into the ramen. Nothing extra added, wanted to try it in it's entirety and I highly recommend this ramen! The broth at the end was probably my favorite. The noodles were perfectly cooked, but that broth is where it's at and it does not disappoint.

Great overall fast service. We ordered 2 beers but that took sometime. Don't know why that took time since it's just draft beer and we came at a time when it wasn't that busy. On to the food. Ramen is different from your typical shoyu or shio. I opted for something different. I think it was called seabura? Something I have not tried before. Perfect. Broth supposedly has alot of bits of fat of beef that was so soft and complimented the chewy wavy ramen noodles. Egg perfectly cooked and perfectly temperature to enjoy immediately. My friend had the yuzu ramen. Again something not so typical of your standard ramen spot. I'd say try something new and you might be pleasantly surpised.
