I’m not a local so can’t judge the food very well but it definitely tasted good. For a food court vendor the taste was very good, and felt authentic. I got the Kalua Lau Lau.

Just landed with my family from the mainland, and headed straight to Poi Bowl, the best, most ono food and service. Been doing this for ages. Thank you for being there for us returning locals!!! And taking a picture of us. We loved our first meal back home!!!

The cabbage with pork is really flavorful, a bit too oily and salty, but not a deal breaker. I actually ordered a medium one of it for lunch and liked it enough to get back and order it again for dinner. The steamed pork wrapped in lotus leaves was too dry to my liking. I actually ended up enjoying the lotus leaves more 😂 An lady asked me where I got them when I was eating in the mall. I guess they must look pretty good 🤣

In the heart out the Ala Moana mall food court, you'll find a great local favorite,Poi Bowl. Authentic dishes to satisfy the thirst for local food. I indulged with the lau lau and Kalua pork lunch plate and enjoyed the tastes of the islands. The Mac salad was great for a food court!

If you want to try some genuine Hawaiian dish(at least for tourist ) please try this! Their burger steaks (loco mock), pork laulau and the squid luau are terrific!

Was pleasantly surprised that this place serves breakfast. They're one of the few stores that are open early & serves breakfast so they're kinda busy.

In the midst of the sea of patrons and Ala Moana Center's food court, I found kind counter help, patient in helping a non-local order her first LocoMoco and poi. The meal, graciously served and generously portioned, included macaroni salad. Food was tasty and hot, except the poi, served cold. Found that I was unable to finish due to the abundance of food provided. My dining companion ordered a combo with curry and stew and macaroni salad. Again, the portions were huge, just like the flavor. We were very appreciative of the overflowing hospitality and delicious introduction to new foods! Well done, Poi Bowl!

Generous portions, well priced but most importantly, delicious. The pork and chicken, were on point! Don't get dissuaded by the food hall, this is good Hawaiian food.

The chicken Laulau is great! This place has local Hawaiian food like kalua pork, lomilomi salmon, Poi etc. So if you're up for some good local food. This is the best place. Just come to the Ala Moana food court and get some!

What a treat. Green mushed veggies with squid that reminds of saag paneer (India) Sliced greens around pork and butter fish that hints of Sakumawiki (Kenya). Poi is interesting slightly fermented Taro goop. This was all new to me. Wonderful spot in the otherwise standardly boring food court.
