Amazing place and food although a bit difficult to find since it's inside of the market. Great quality of fresh fish, poke made to order the way you want! I've never seen it in Hawaii before, reasonable prices too! Definitely coming back for more!!!

One the most affordable fresh fish on the island. Poke, sushi bowls and the miso grilled salmon were amazing!! HELPFUL TIP: Right next to their spot in the market is a door that leads right into the Chinatown Municipal Parking lot. Call in your order, take out or eat in... 75¢ per 30 min parking!!!

This was one of the poke shops that stood out when I was researching places, but after trying so many poke shops, I think it’s a little too overhyped. The store is really close to all the resorts on Waikiki beach so walking over is a plus and the interior tries to be more upscale with modern touches, though food wise the poke was average for Hawaii. The fish was fresh and seasoned well but I wish the portions were a little bigger for the price. The rice tasted a bit more grainy and stale than most places I tried. The presentation was great and I love the convenience of having it downtown but if you can venture further, I recommend taking a drive to some other places.

It's definitely no comparison to sushi and sashimi you'd get in Japan or fancy omakase but for the price and the quality, it's definitely a must go in Hawaii. I'd recommend coming here around 4:40-4:45 so you'd be able to just order at opening (which sometimes can be 5 min early). I would recommend the king salmon with uni, ikura and scallops. Skip the amaebi cuz it's pricey and not the best imo.

This place is amazing! It’s the best poke I’ve ever had. It’s simple but delicious! The poke bowl is just sushi rice and fresh fish. And they pair with ginger, wasabi and soy sauce for flavors. The ahi tuna I had was super fresh and very satisfying. They have take out only. I just brought the dish to nearby beach and watched sunset while enjoying it. Absolutely Loved it! This is the food I missed most after returning home from Hawaii. I wish I discovered it earlier so I could visit it more times. Highly highly recommend!

One of the best sashimi/raw seafood places I've been to. The line is usually super long, so definitely be ready for that. But the wait time once you've ordered isn't that bad. King salmon and chutoro are the best and so fatty. I think their pieces have been getting a bit smaller, but maybe that's just based on my most recent experience. Definitely recommend! ------- review above is from December 2021 ------- ------- review on December 2023 below ------- They changed locations. There is now seating near the store (for larger and small parties). The line moves fast for how long it is (might just be a 10-15 minute wait), but after you order you might need to wait a super long time for your food. I waited 30-45 minutes for them to call my number. Food is still so yummy, but I do think the fish pieces were smaller. Still recommend!

Poke and sashimi are excellent over here. Price is reasonable, and seafood is fresh. First time, I ordered small shirashi combo with spicy poke, and it was so good, the sashimi was fresh and melted in your mouth. Spicy poke was creamy and tasty. It was so good that next day I ordered same thing but in XL.

This place is soooo goood. Food was so fresh. We got poke and sashimi! We waited about 20 mins in line and even less for food. Overall process was less than 30 min and it was well worth all of it.

Even when the place opened at 5pm there was a lineup. Was hoping to get the toro big eye tuna but was sold out, which was disappointing. The freshness of the fish is very good quality. But when tasting the flavors of the poke bowl and comparing them to other places the flavors aren't there and needs time to absorb. The chunks of tuna was smaller than expected. If you want poke bowls I recommend other places like Fresh Catch or KbayBros.

Simple hole in the wall place with good food. The line wasn't too long when I got there but grew long pretty fast. Got the king salmon donburi and the spicy mayo ahi poke bowl. Both were very good.

If you like bowls and raw fish, then pay this place a visit. The fish was fresh and the bowls were packed with a variety of ingredients. I am not that much of a fan of raw fish, so it was a good place to try it out.

Delicious! This was probably the best sashimi and poke I have ever had. We got three different items to try and they were all outstanding. We came 30 minutes before it opened to be the first ones to order and avoid a long line. Food came out fairly quickly too.

Super fresh fish with a generous helping of rice. The fish almost melts in your mouth. Perfect for a lighter meal and a reasonable price point for fresh fish in Waikiki.
