Breakfast and lunch are usually at Happy's. The portions are big, the crowds are reasonable, and it's located next to the pool and not far from the beach. It gets 5 stars because the food is good and it's convenient if you're staying at the Hale Koa. They have pastries, hot grill serving eggs/breakfast meats and hamburgers/hot dogs/chicken, pizza, fruit, and drinks. It's also the place to grab soft serve ice cream in various flavors. Staff are always great. They are a small and mighty team.

Jerry, the manager, is honestly one of the happiest human beings on this planet. Very kind with my sons food allergies and did everything to accommodate them. Reasonably priced and fast! Ready to start the day on the beach!

Extremely convenient snack bar food. Close to pools and beach. The vegan options are limited, but there's always fries, tots, fresh cut fruit! LOL!

Super convenient and great selection of meal options. Fresh salads and sandwiches. Reasonable prices for being on resort property. Worth checking out.

It's a little beach hub to grab a snack and it's not to bad actually. Don't be looking for a top notch meal but if you need a quick bite they got you.

This honestly is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat/drink. The staff is great (no matter what time you show up). Everyone is super friendly and the food is really good.

Happy's is a quaint little snack bar that reminds me of a snack bar at a place like Disney. The selection is nice and the prices aren't bad at all. The drink stand is excellent. The Pina Coladas hit so go on a hot day.

It a good place to get breakfast, lunch or dinner. Even a snack. They offer coffee, tea, water, soda, beer, wine. Hot or cold food, ice cream. You don't need military ID, but require face mask.

We had breakfast items which the portions were HUGE, delicious and cost was much less than surrounding restaurants. They also had some baked goods/pastries, juices, soda, beer/wine, ice cream sandwiches and large variety of breakfast items.

Wonderful place for a quick bite to eat on the grounds of the Hale Koa Hotel. Our visit this year was equally amazing.

Quick bite to eat? Grab a hotdog, hamburger, salad, nachos, fries, pizza, and select warm cooked meals to eat in our to go. Take it to the Barefoot Bar and enjoy a drink with your food. Prices decent for Waikiki.

We were directed here from the bartenders at the Hale Koa barefoot beach bar. It is a cafeteria style small place. They have some grab and go options like sandwiches, salads, and pizza, or you can order the hot food. They have the classics like burgers, and they also have the kalua pulled pork sandwich. The sandwich was $10.75 with fries. It was a very good sandwich, as it was juicy, tender, and flavorful. The fries were very reminiscent of McDonalds fries. I would highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich. The pizza was basically a gas station pizza, would not recommend. Overall, this isn’t the most unique option, and it doesn’t have the most bang for your buck, but it gets the job done as a place to grab some to go lunch to bring to the beach or to the bar, since the beach bar doesn’t serve food.

Best value on Waikiki! We loved the breakfast. Large portions and great service. This is on-site at the military hotel but seemed open to the public.
