This is absolutely one of my favorite store. Love how some of the "older" partners actually remembered me after moving off the island almost 2 years ago. It confirmed that the manager as well as the older partners really did take time to know there customers!!
I love coming here with my beautiful wife as a special treat or whenever she wants.
The staff are super nice and energetic! Omg I never ever once experience bad service here. Question to manager: where did you find these people!? Because every member is happy and ready to brighten your day. It’s such a great feeling coming to the store and get this positive vibe from you guys. Thank you so much for excellent service especially during holiday season.

Update 7 Oct: Overheard Kaylee at the cashier apologize to customer ahead of me due to short-staff but you couldn’t tell because of the high energy of the team humming along. Especially like how baristas announce the customers’ name as they are preparing the drink! Amazing team 🔥
Starbucks Corporate needs to record their training videos starring the morning crew at this location. In all seriousness, if the entire crew decided to open their own local cafe it would probably be number 1 on the island.
The positivity and friendliness hit us before we opened the door. These are the most cheerful, positive, and helpful humans I have ever encountered. We were in complete shock!
Food and drinks were accurate, speed was great with how busy this location was.

This is your average Starbucks. Nothing different. Good service, drinks taste like any other Starbucks, wifi always works. There are only 3 electrical outlets, so you have to be smart with your timing if you need to charge your laptop while you're here. Otherwise, no issues. I'll keep frequenting this place.
Staff was friendly. Drinks and pastries were good. Starbucks is generally not my favorite place, as I prefer small local places that make their own pastries.
This place has a nice environment, seating, and was clean. They had cute vanilla mini scones which I shared with a friend.
John was so helpful! I called in when I couldnt get my mobile order right away. He said no problem, give him a call when I am heading over and he will remake my order. I was so relieved! He even hooked me up with a fresh sandwich instead of making me get the cold one I ordered earlier. Such a friendly location! Mahalo nui John and team! Made my day and saved my lunch!!
The 3 individuals who were working when I was there were the kindest souls. They met every customer with a smile, asked how their day was and created such a positive amazing environment. They are so hardworking and I wish I could give them above 5 stars. What wonderful people!

I often frequent this Starbucks, it's one of my favorite to go to and the staff are always lovely. I didn't catch her name and I called hoping to, but the sweet woman at the cash register this morning, you were lovely and made my day! Great staff and service all around.
I would give this locale six stars if I could. I ustato go here quite a bit before i had to go to the Mainland; i come back after 9+ mi tha being gone and they recognize me. My London Fog was made to perfection and they switched from milk to soy (i honestly forgot to ask before i paid) without a problem. However, please do not go here for your caffeine and other drink and minor food related issues, as there are enough people who go there already and wait times can be longer than one would like. So go elsewhere as there are plenty of other Starbucks to go to.
Bunny goes above & beyond with her customer service & work! It’s nice to see someone so passionate about their art. Her energy made my drinking experience that much better. We’ll definitely be coming back to ask Bunny for drink recommendations!
These girls are busting their butts. They're doing the best job they can, but I bet they'd do a better job if they had more employees. The coffee is great, by far the best Starbucks around.
