What time does this location open? The store hours say 6 am. I get there for 7 am, waited 15 minutes and the doors were still locked. This is like the 5th time I try to get a delicious smoothie before work and no one is here. There's no set time when the shop opens and it's very bothersome
I came here dead tired after flying in the same day. I was barely able to string a sentence together but the staff here were patient, kind and willing to help me out. I came here quite often a decade ago and came back recently and this location has always delivered.
The service is great, but the oven does not work properly so the food was not warm enough. I had to ask for them to reheat the food.
Smoothies are good. All though the employees can take a while at times, it’s usually prompt.
Soooo Happy to find Jamba near base in Hawaii! You guys were a lifesaver! However, buyer beware most places cannot deliver on base Jamba included. I gave up my Jamba to the DoorDash driver because I didn't know the rules. I was visiting my son for the 1st time. But, they do open at some insane time

The staff is so sweet and generous. Someone a hole took our order, but the staff remade the order and gave us a free smoothie. They are the epitome of professional. Will definitely be going back.

I absolutely love this Jamba juice location. It's never overly crowded and they frequently have little samples available, though sometimes this makes making a decision even harder! The new lychee dream is better than anything on the "secret menu"!
Drinks were ready very quick. The blender operator was Johnny on the spot with the orders. Happy hour even gave a discount. Recommended.
They did a great job at making my drink efficiently and we're patient while I was having a rough day, they answered my questions, etc. My drink was tasty and exactly how the description explained it to be as well.

Love the many flavors! The staff were friendly. The place is inviting and it wasn't crowded which was perfect. This was around 7pm-ish. Anyways, our smoothies were delishajumba!
Super delicious. Never had a bad smoothie here. They even rinsed out my kids cup and put the smoothie directly in it :)
The young man taking orders was very pleasant. It became busy shortly after I placed my order and the lady that was making the orders was fast.
