Went around 11:30 so bit of a lunch rush both inside and at drive thru. Soda machine was broken on customer side but could get a refill at counter. Sitting area was a bit dirty fries under tables and tables were not being whipped down (rush time means no staff). They had the Impossible burger, better then all other veggie burgers I've had.
Order is always correct. Food is always hot and fresh. Service is slow but so much faster than the Mickey D across the street. Staff is great. $1. tacos weren't bad.
Never use to really be on my radar...but the Impossible Whopper has changed that. BK is now an option when we crave fast food. Fries are pretty good too.
This Burger King was supposed to close down and move at the end of 2019. As of March 2029, it it's still open. My meal today, Whopper, fries & soda, was very good, fresh. Great service.
This is the best Burger King. Good people and a coke machine with 150 drink flavors. They’re closing b cause Chick Fil A is opening there. No more diet raspberry coke. Bummer!
One of the cleaner better organized store that is cleaner and we'll run. I normally dine in the restaurant so I make sure my orders are complete. The counter help is a little uptight and need to be friendly. The food is made to order so have it your way!

Burger King still corners the market with their Whopper. you really can have it your way. They have great ice cream shakes, but I have to tell you I have never tried the Lucky Charms Shake. It is a little too over-the-top for me. Their chicken fries are a nice little snack of protein when you don't want much. Their Icees are also really good, they have two flavors: Coke and Cherry. They carry Coke products for their soft drinks. Currently they have a special for a mix and match of Whoppers, chicken sandwiches, and one other item. You get two for $8 and then can add fries and a drink on top of that.
When you go in for a visit, don't forget to do the survey. It will give you a free Whopper the next time you go in.
Bb Always check your order before you leave the window. I'm not sure why they can't get their orders right 100% of the time, but they do make mistakes. They are also having a special with two croissandwiches with meat for $5. You can't beat their prices, combined with the excellent quality!!
Service was outstanding, got plenty of hash brown with the #2 breakfast meal, and tacked on a large coffee. Good tasting sandwich. But the total price came to be $9.50, for 12 pieces of bite sized hash brown, and a breakfast sandwich with coffee. A friendly suggest, make price adjustments similar to the competing restaurant across the street. Where I purchased 6 breakfast sandwiches at the similar cost. Mahalo and Aloha😁

Always clean, plenty of parking with generous stalls (very important, especially compared to its competitor across the street, ahem ahem). Wi-Fi here is free, but a bit slow. Drink Machine is the touch screen Coca-Cola products one, with hundreds of choices. As always, free refills.
We prefer this Burger King to its competitor across the street, for many reasons: faster service, nicer customer service, quieter eat-in restaurant, better parking, and easier exit on Beretania Street (you will turn right onto very busy Beretania vs left, but be careful of the sharp driveway dip upon exit - - make sure to cut the corner and go slowly so you don't "bite" your front bumper, and look carefully for the city bus that runs in that lane).
No diaper changer in the women's room, but the stalls are fairly decent-sized and could accommodate a stroller in the handicapped stall.
No outdoor seating, but we like that also. Cuts down on the homeless and panhandling, conditions that plague its competitor across the street - - note that its competitor actually has to have security there.
Food is typical Burger King fare. We have never had a problem with the food, the service, or the area. Be prepared to wait for a table around lunch time, like every place. However, there is much less "homesteading" by the elderly folks drinking their free "McCoffees" or high-school kids making it their daycare hangout, so it is much faster table turnover.
Overall, we find it the best choice for fast food on Beretania right now. There a lot of other options, but if you're feeling like Burger King, this is your joint.
Very clean restaurant inside, workers are all so kind and respectful but the food just does not make me full. After my meal combo I still wanna eat more although food is ALWAYS fresh the portions is not enough.
Very nice to relax in, have lunch in. Popular with Korean seniors. Always able to find a seat! Michael is always service-oriented! My fave Burger King on Oahu!
I am taking this against other fast food restaurants only. Great service with great attention to detail. Everything was top notch and the burger looked like the pictures and commercials. They take pride in workmanship and it shows!
This Burger King location has an electronic soft drink fountain in the lobby. It has, like, fifty choices. You're sure to find a great drink.
