Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies milkshake! For milkshakes with cookies or other additions, they should use a bigger straw. Milkshake was difficult to drink with the straw provided.
I like their chicken teriyaki bowl, but the portions have gotten smaller while the price has gone up! And it tastes saltier too. Although I've found it VARIES by location. Find the JIB restaurant you like and then try to stick with them!
Fries were soggy and I think McDonald's has better fries. The burger was good and tasted fresh. They messed up my order and I really wanted a macadamia nut shake for the first time but they gave me iced coffee but charged me for the shake. Good cheap eats in Honolulu. I hadn't been to a Jack in the Box in a long time. This one definitely lived up to my expectations!
What I like best about this location, is that the dining room is almost always empty.
Food was great. Service with a smile. Dining room was closed tho, had to walk thru the drive thru.
My husband and I rarely change our orders at Jack's. It's one of the 3 fast food joints that are open 24 hours after covid. Although the menu is the same island wide, this location just seems to pay closer attention and the food comes out fresher.
I went ordered from the drive-through, and the order was prepared quickly. Except I received a spicy chicken sandwich and not the one I ordered, which was the homestyle ranch chicken club combo.
Our food was hot, which is always worth the wait.
