Place not busy...15 min to get a beer...then told the taps don't work only bottles. Only 1 server and 1 manager working. Dingy looking ceiling needs replacement, kept hoping that something wouldn't fall in my food. However the food was good and came out hot without any issues. I had the chicken and broccoli alfredo, chicken was cooked perfectly and not dried out.
The sirloin was excellent. Well cooked and tender. The rest of our meal was also very good indeed, and the wait staff were attentive and helpful. As you can see from my picture, the steak was excellent and not a dot was left. That's the best advertisement I think 😁
We were told recently that this Applebee's was going downhill. When we went here for dinner on 10/21 this was simply not the case. We ordered a Chicken Fajita roll up and cheese sticks which both were very good. I miss the sweet potato fries and wish they would bring them back! Our server Amanda was outstanding and checked on us several times. It is clear there is a staffing shortage that the employees are having to deal with. Since the information we were given was not accurate we will be back as this restaurant is closer to us than the Pelham Applebee's.
Our server Kim was the best! This has been the best visit at a restaurant that we have had in a long time, thanks to her! She was very polite and courteous! Please tell her we said thank you!
