Went for the mixed berries donuts and I got the jellied filled. The filling was great but I didn't care for that stuff they had in top. Would have been better if they were glazed instead.
Always nice employees! I can't compliment enough about the kindness I've been shown in only 2 visits. They go above and beyond to please the customers here! The donuts and the frozen coffee is amazing! I will most definitely be a returning customer often!
The true southern doughnut, best consumed warm.
Sadly, on this trip the glaze curtain was not working so I chose to pass on warm, but unglazed treats.
I ALWAYS go in due to circumstances like this.
It is these product delivery issues that cost a star, not the doughnuts!
Literally had none of the doughnuts listed!! Very rude drive-thru employee, acted like it was a bother to her to be at work & wait on customers! This Krispy Kreme location has really gone downhill! Tuscaloosa location beats Hoover any day of the week! Doughnuts were stale & looked like they weren't
Totally rude!! The lady taking the orders was yelling, huffing and puffing over the speaker. I was in a hurry didnt get a chance to talk to the manager. The young teen who was at the register was very nice. I asked for her name but he didn’t want to give her name he said he thinks her name is Ms. Co
Never fails. Will not be back, had hot light on, and went and ordered a dozen doughnuts and she handed them to us and they were cold, and we asked are there not hot doughnuts? And she said we keep them moving, and I said these aren’t even warm they’re ice cold and she rolled her eyes and closed the
Inside the place looks of a disaster, 6pm and the only donuts visible were the plain. The server hates their job…would not answer my questions, looking at me with a dead stare. Shameful
They told us drive thru wasn't working. But had others in line waiting on them. Didn't have cream filled doughnuts available.
