Everyone was very nice and food was very good.
The Turkey Chili and Chicken Salad Sandwich was awesome. My Mom's Broccoli and Cheese Soup was good she said, but no stringy cheese like last time she ate it. But we will definitely go back.
Bread & Turkey Avacado BLT and the delicious tea we're AMAZING..!
Just had a great experience at the Hoover location of Panera tonight, thanks to one of their team members, Ashlee! Great food and great employees, couldn't ask for more :)

I haven't been to a Panera Bread in a long time. Not used to how they handle things anymore. Asked the customer service rep how to maneuver through and she was very nice and non condescending. I am older and things are a little challenging for me to understand. I enjoyed the food and the free birthday pastry.
This was the freshest, best panera I've had in years. The one in Trussville is never right and is always stale... this was totally worth the trip!!! The staff was super friendly, order was on time and accurate.... this reminds me of how it used to be. Warmed my fat little heart
Love your employees (Cara!), very nice and helpful. I just run in if the drive-thru is closed - it's ok, times are rough. Love my daily coffee and the Mexican Street Corn Chowder is the best!
