We had a kids birthday party with kids and parents on Jan 25, 2020. Everyone enjoyed the pizza, desserts and drinks. There was a decent salad bar. The pasta bar was puny. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. The game room was mostly claw machines but the kids enjoyed themselves. I almost didn't do it because of some negative reviews on here, but it turned out fine. Definitely recommend.
Great value and customer service! This store is under new management. We went around 4pm and were warmly welcomed by the entire staff. The bar was freshly stocked with a good variety. The food was delicious and fresh food was continuously coming out during our visit. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, bathrooms and arcade included. The new manager was making rounds, checking on everyone and introducing herself. She even cleared dirty plates from our table and gave everyone at my table a free buffet for later.
We enjoy eating at Cicis Pizza. They had a good selection of pizza's and desserts. The pasta was good as well. I've read several reviews criticizing the management bur I've not had any issues with them. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly on our visits. I have no doubt that we will eat here again in the near future.
First time at CiCi's Pizza in AL and this spot was pretty good. The manager was running the register and was especially nice! They had a good selection of pizzas up. I wish they would have had an all meat one and a spinach one. My favorites were the cheesy bread sticks and the apple and cheesecake dessert pizzas! There is a small game room with a good number of fun claw games, I'll be sure to bring my $1's next time. It was pretty clean except for a few tables and chairs needing wiped down. I will return and bring friends.
I love this place. I have to eat here once a week. The price is so low for the value received. The buffet is great but, as part of your buffet purchase, you can order your own personal pizzas too. They have a small salad bar, soups, pasta as well as all the pizzas and desserts on the bar. The staff have always been friendly.
I didn't care for the salad bar but I went for pizza and I was satisfied the variety was good and the cinnamon rolls were a special treat.
The place was clean and colorful and the staff was friendly. My sister and I intended to take out but the atmosphere was inviting so we sat down and ate more than we should.
