The food is always good. This particular one only has half of its dining capacity available. But you can sit in 1 of 3 booths or a few stools at the counter. The food is always good and the service is excellent. We chatted a while with the staff and had a welcoming experience.
We always stop in Hope and eat here coming and going from Texas. This was the worst experience we have ever had. It took at least 20 minutes to get waited on, people who even came in after us got waiting on first. Our meals were all messed up then when I took the bill to the counter to get the gravy

Bacon was mostly fat. Wanted over medium eggs and they were basically hard. Don't carry salsa anymore. Had way better at other waffle houses.
