Amazing place. We always bring friends and family. Best in town food, service, and price. We always end up with leftovers of awesome food!!

Vegetable Stir Fry with chicken was excellent. Spicy 1 had a little heat but not too much. Pad Thai was awesome also. Friendly fast service. We will be back on our next trip to Houma...

THE BEST THAI FOOD. PERIOD. We drive an hour and a half just to eat here because the food is that delicious. I highly recommend the crab puffs as an appetizer! Also the Mee Grub as an entree is amazing! But only get a level one spice, it is the best thing you will ever eat

The only Thai food I've ever enjoyed has been at this place. My favorites are the meatball soup, the crab wontons, and the cashew chicken. The service is friendly, but sometimes understaffed. But all that aside, it's a great place for Thai food!
Best place for Thai if you can get a table!. Everything is delicious here. Consequently, it is always packed on Friday nights. They don't take reservations. I have had the vegetarian curry (red, yellow, and green curry) and I swear, if I was to become a vegetarian I would only eat this. It is out of this world!!! The Larb salad is fantastic. All the meat and seafood curries are amazing. When it is packed, we go to Emerald Thai, which is very good, too.
Great Thai food, one if my favorite places. While I usually go for the classic pad Thai, I have tried the glass noodles with seafood and the cashew fried rice; both were OUT OF THIS WORLD.
I love Thai and this restaurant is so much better than most (and that includes New Orleans restaurants). The coconut soup is very well balanced and delicious; the spicy basil rice WOW! Mmmmm
Holds up!. Compared to other Thai restaurants I've been to, Song Phi Nong is up there with the best. The pad Thai is a must have.
Any good restaurant.... It has become my experience and opinion, that any good restaurant can make you anything you want; as long as the ingredient is on the menu. I have been a proud patron of this establishment for about 6 months, and every time I go, no matter what I get, the food is EXCELLENT. And while I go on a 'food adventure', every time I eat there...my significant other, who also dines at Song Phi Nong, has the diet of a 5 year old. ((Meat, noodles, rice, corn, potatoes, cookies.)) So he orders the fried rice with just egg and rice. Sound weird? Try it...its amazing! We call it pancake rice.
Also, being a server for 8 years I can tell you that the service at this place is really nice. Every one makes you feel at home.
P.S. Sometimes they have cup-cake specials! (Do it!)

Great food and great people. I have been to Song Phi Nong at least once a month since it opened. The food is amazing! Houma doesn't really have a lot of diversity when it comes to dining so I was amazed that there was a thai restaurant and that it was really good. I have yet to try any dish there that didn't result in a party in my mouth! We are so lucky to have this place in Houma. I have traveled the world and dining is a hobby of mine and I honestly haven't had better thai food anywhere. We even had our company Christmas party there. The people are supercool also...they don't laugh at me when I show up in my pjs to pick up food to go!
5 stars!!. We started hearing great things about this place so decided to give it a try. My wife's sister and husband joined us for dinner which was great because she had spent 6 months in Thailand and could offer her advise. We all orderd something different and tried each other's dish and was not dissappointed in any of them. Everything we had was super fresh and delicious!! I had the Pad Taley (E-2) which was excellent! The lemongrass soup (tom yum), Great! The yellow curry is rediculous! GO EAT THERE! I even had the kee mao (F-5) with tofu because my brother in law is vegan and it was so good I got it the next time I went back! My sister in law got (E-5) Pla Lat Plik. I would have never ever tried a fried snaper dish at a restaurant becuase it is never as good as it is at the camp, but I was wrong! That dish suprised me!
EVERYTHING IS GREAT!. You must try "Song Phi Nong!" I get the Duck & you have to get Sticky Rice!
Ray. The restaurant is new in town but the owners know what it takes to make it work. I tried several dishes and it was awesome. The serving staff was polite and quick to service our needs. When I return to Houma to visit, they will be on my visiting list. Thanks Yupha, you are the best.
As usual the food is delicious and exellant service.
I had the dumplings,,fresh roll and shrimp drunken noodles... I was disappointed at the dumplings.. the portion was tiny ,,the dipping sauce lacked garlic or ginger flavoring and tasted like salted soy sauce...
The fresh roll and accompanying sauce was very tasty...
The dunken noodles were outstanding !! I had level 3 heat,, just enough pepper for me ..
Aside from.the dumplings this was probably the best Asian food I've eaten in Houma !!!

This place has a phenomenal beer selection! Im loving all the imperial stouts on tap and bottles. It's not often that you can find craft beers at Thai restaurants. Food is good as well
