We went with the boiled seafood tray it was perfectly seasoned and waitress was on point we will go back hopefully oysters will be there to complete our seafood fix
My friend and I were looking for a place to eat boiled crabs and we happened to find ourselves passing in front of Cajun Critters and saw all the cars there so we decided to give them a try. Boy were we glad we did! They had the best boiled crabs! Perfectly seasoned and boil just right and full of meat!! Although the place was packed we only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Great friendly service. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend Cajun Critters!!
This is my favorite new place I brought friends from Georgia � they loved it so much we went twice during their visit I recommend it to anyone that wants great food in an awesome atmosphere oh yea the bread pudding is exceptional and beautifully presented �
A perfect place to go eat for all meals!! The waitresses and all the waiters are great. The the atmosphere is awesome. Just a great place to go eat!!!
Just a suggestion to invest in more highchair and booster seats. Kind of frustrating when your 2 year old has to sit in a regular chair, can barley reach and is constantly getting up and down off the chair, almost falling off the chair, because at 12:15 you're out of highchair and booster seats. Which we saw 2 high chairs and 2 booster seats at tables, 1 booster seat not even being used by a table. Our sever was apologetic about it and offered a highchair at the END of the meal.
Food and service was fantastic!!! Bought boiled crabs to take home and they were the best boiled crabs I have ever eaten.
Seriously fresh seafood! So yummy boiled! They have royal reds, Blue crabs, snowcrab, Dungeoness crab, regular shrimp. Great service and cool atmosphere with a nice covered patio!
The best seafood restaurant ever! Their boiled crawfish surpasses all others! Can't wait to head back down the bayou, just to eat here!
It was awesome I've just moved back to houma after moving 15 yrs ago to Florida it was great to be back to real food and loved the atmosphere the staff was great A+ in my book.
Wife and I wanted seafood tonight so we decided to try something different. Our food was great amd our waitress Tobie was awesome! Atmosphere was Great!
My family and I wanted to try alligator while we vacationed in LA. We went to a restaurant that is said to have the best and we were so disappointed that most everything we ate was deep fried. When we came to Dave's, we found they not only served gator but it wasn't deep fried. They have a variety of food. Everything we ordered was delicious. I have a feeling the rest of the menu is just as excellent.
It doesn't get anymore cajun than this. When you come here, expect to blow your diet. The bacon wrapped shrimp is deep fried(yes along with the bacon) and any stuffed potatoes are served like how pasta is served. My first dish here was the shrimp and tasso pasta and it was delicious and spicy. Service was excellent and caring.
