My Husband & I love coming here. We always are greeted by a very friendly staff. I have tried different subs all are amazing! We have never been in a place where the staff are so friendly! Thanks to the staff for making us want to keep going back. Our favorite staff member is Paul! He always greets us!
From the moment you walk in to employees welcoming you to their store, to the minute you finish the last wonderful bite of your meal, a pure enjoyment!
I ordered firehouse thru Waitr. Upon receiving our subs I was shocked to see how much meat was on them!! They were so full of deliciousness that i was only able to eat a few bites and have the rest tomorrow!! What other establishments would charge for what seems quadruple meat, this is Firehouse standard! Thank you so much, new customer 4 life!

Awesome customer service from the time you walk in until you walk out. Fabulous food. It was fresh and wonderful. We had brisket and it was to die for. I will be back there soon.

We love coming here especially when they never get my husband's order wrong (he can be pretty picky). They even make sure he gets his Au Jus sauce he loves so much. They are amazing people.

I want to thank firehouse sub's for their great sub's. I literally drove 150 miles one way to eat one of the greatest sub's I've ever had. I want to compliment the service and friendly staff. I felt i haven't had that great of customer satisfaction in a long time. I got two more to go because if I didn't bring my wife one I never would here the end of it. Lol.. Thanks again for an amazing experience. Its well worth the 300 mile round trip..we will definitely make the trip again.
I absolutely LOVE LOVE firehouse subs! The environment is super friendly, they always greet me at the door every time I have walked in, Thibodaux or Houma location! Both owners are very humble people, the Houma location the owner actually served us and always replies with (after we say thank you) you're welcome and God bless or have a blessed day. I think you can all tell how much I love firehouse subs! And the turkey bacon ranch is my absolute favorite!! � everything is awesome!
