Apologies in advance for the lengthy review�My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary over the weekend and had dinner at Chama. Our attendant, Omar was the BEST! He was very attentive without being intrusive, and was extremely respectful and polished. As our evening continued, Omar asked if there was a specific meat that I liked the most; however, I could not remember the name/cut to save my life. He had nearly 10 servers stop by our table in an effort to find out which one it was. Come to find out, it was Fraldinha! We could not even fathom having another bite, but Omar suggested we try a few other meats we had not tried yet. Their pork ribs were to die for!!!! Absolutely delicious! We noticed it was 10:15 pm, closing time was 10:30 pm, when Omar asked if we were going to take advantage of their patio. We told him we knew they were closing soon and were going to get ready to leave. He insisted we stay and told us not to worry, it was no rush at all. My husband and I never mentioned it was our anniversary until we were asked if we were celebrating anything special to which we responded our anniversary. Omar then brought out a dessert plate with “Happy Anniversary” written in chocolate. Their Cheesecake crème brûlée was perfection! As we gushed over how beautiful the plate looked, the manager Guilherme aka G, made it a point to wish us a Happy Anniversary. He later returned to check on us and we made it a point to express our gratitude regarding Omar and the exceptional service we received from him. We have visited a couple of Brazilian steakhouses over the years(who shall remain nameless...one of which begins with an F and ends with Chão�), but never returned as it wasn’t all that it was cracked up to be... you would think that the service would be phenomenal with the money that you’re spending there on dinner. Omar, “G” and those that we encountered at Chama that evening definitely raised that bar! The manager, G asked if we would be joining their patio and i told them we couldn’t as my phone was dying and needed to call our Uber to pick us up. He said he had a charger and would be happy to charge my phone. He took our glasses and walked us to the patio. When we turned back to look for Omar, G said not to worry he would be coming with us too lol! (We had a little separation anxiety for a minute) My point is, we appreciated the superior level of service we received and will DEFINITELY be returning for dinner soon!!! Thank you again for making our anniversary a pleasant and memorable one! The Fosters�
Amazing food. Such a great steakhouse. The lemonade is to die for! The meat is divine! I wish they had a dress code policy, swim trunks and flip flops are not the attire for such an establishment. It’s a great place, amazing ambiance!

Great atmosphere, excellent service, and high quality meats and ingredients. Yadira’s outstanding service is also something important to point out. We always request her as a server. She is excellent!
Man my waiter was Joseph an outstanding guy my first time being there he let me know the whole ordeal and was very helpful, i ate so much my stomach almost bust i will go back to bring my parents best idea for a restaurant! #chamagaucha
I went to Chama Gaúcha for my 21st birthday and let me just say, my family and I were treated beyond awesome! We had two waiters that came back and forth, offering refills and choices of meat to be brought to our table. The food was very delicious, from the filet mignon to the chicken wings, everything was exceptional! It was my 3rd time going but this time was the highlight. Yes, it is like 50 plus dollars per person but, well worth it.
Nothing bad everything great about this place we went during off lunch excellent value at the bar with happy hour ribeye with two sides salad that’s just as bad as big as the meal $25 can’t beat that plus all the cheesy bread you want which is absolutely awesome
I had never been to a Brazilian steak house before and this place set the bar high! Everything was incredible.

Celebrating our anniversary and I could not have picked a better place.
Delicious food and the drinks from the bar were excellent. The waiters were ready at all times to bring food and kept checking on us the entire evening. I will definitely be coming back soon.
Yesterday was our first time trying Chama Gaucha and we are definitely going back!! The most tender meats I have ever eaten!!! Loved it way more than Fogo de chão!!!

This is the only location I have been to and they are extraordinary. The service and food is wonderful, so I could not ask for anything more. I can’t wait to visit them again in the future.
Enjoyed every moment from the time we walked in until the time we left out. Everything was delicious & the staff was all very amazing. The establishment is absolutely beautiful on the inside..You will not be disappointed in any way coming here. The price is affordable and they do have private rooms for party's. This place is a must visit if you come to Houston.

If you go try the roasted cheese. They drizzle honey over it. It is awesome.
Food was great! They have a salad bar, I just decided to have a small wedge salad because I wanted to save room for the steaks! I had the sirloin, ribeye, picana and filet, my favorite was the ribeye! But they were all so good! I consumed very little, so to me it was not worth it since I don’t have a big appetite. If you’re a good eater this place is a must because the meats are ALL delicious! The service is excellent! Many waiters make sure you are always taken care of.
Love eating at this fine and amazing restaurant. Great service starting from the hoststand all the way to the server, also the people serving and cutting the meat drinks are delicious and I will keep visiting this place often!

The food is very good. They have a good system and a nice selection. They bring to your table various foods so that’s nice because you get to try things you may not have if you had to choose off a menu. Cocktails are very good too and pricing is equal to the experience. 👍
The service is very kind and timely. They don’t keep you waiting with an empty plate very long.

The atmosphere was amazing, your staff over the top awesome. I attended a birthday dinner with a friend and her family and would love to return with my family for the experience. I couldn't handle the meat and ate the salad bar but options were plentiful and all the meat served to the other guest just continued to flow into the dinner service. Our awesome server was Joseph on 9/21/23.
It's always an amazing dining experience when we stop by Chama Gaucha; hands down the best Brazilian steakhouse in Houston. The service is impeccable, and the meat is seriously on point. Their salad and cheese bar is simply divine. You get the best of the best in Meats, Cheese and Wine at Chama Gaucha. It's my kinda place! Parking is valet and based off tips so don't waste any time driving around, looking for a space. They take whatever you will give, there isn't a set fee. I tried the jolly rancher martini and I must admit I was very pleased.
One of my favorite Brazilian steakhouses! The customer service is always great, and the food is always delicious! It's a spot I like to always come for birthdays or any important events for celebrations. My biggest thing about this particular place is the consistency of the great customer service, great attitude, very attentive and the food is always on point! Never fails, and a spot ill always come to for special occasions. 👌

If your looking and someone recommends the highly over rated fogo de WHO? Don’t listen and come here!
The food - they don’t just give you a slice. They give it to you whole if you want it. They give you enough to be enjoyed vs their competitors who provide such a thin slice. Your always wanting more.
The House Special is my favorite, the flavors are on point! If you like gamey foods, then you’ll definitely want to try the lamb chops. There wasn’t one dish out of the 3 of us that we didn’t enjoy! Just an excellent selection of meats and flavors.
The service - wow, we had 3-5 servers at any given time. 2-3 attendants making sure we were taken care of on any of our needs, refills, drinks, sides, etc. You will not be disappointed here!
The Atmosphere - is beautiful inside, white linens on the tables, relaxing environment, and more. The only complaint I could muster is that, depending on where you sit and how many are in a party. The rooms can get kind of loud, but otherwise it’s perfect to still hold a conversation.
Parking can be a hassle, there isn’t enough spots for the area or business. Valet would definitely be best. But once you get in, it’s all worth the wait.

The dinner was delicious. Meats were tender and juicy. Drinks were delicious (jolly rancher martini was so whimsical) and the Merlot complimented the meats well. Will go again. SERVICE WAS PHENOMENAL! So attentive from beginning to end.
The staff is so friendly they just come all the to check on you make sure everything is ok . Especially the Manager staff right point love to go there on special occasions
The vibe here was exciting. It was alot going on. The variety of meats were so flavorful and tender and the desserts were delicious 😋
Great service great food great atmosphere. Servers were very attentive and gave a lot of good suggestions. We sat by the kitchen, so we were lucky enough to get the freshest of every cut we asked for
I love this place so much , I had my birthday dinner here and it turned out amazing. The food is great, the service is great, the waitress and waiters are great. Please be aware that the salad bar is apart of the full meal as well . So basically if you only eat a salad it is still $60+ per person. I love the buffet style , keep the lamb chops coming lol food is so seasoned and good makes my mouth water thinking about it. I recommend everyone come here .
Wonderful service, quality cuts of a variety of meats. Most commenters raved about the picaña which tasted great, but the sirloin was phenomenal & literal perfection. The salad bar is excellent and vast, it will fill you up if you’re not careful. Additionally, it is best to make a reservation in advance and valet park. I enjoyed my meal and the experience.
Best Brazilian bbq in Houston! How do i know??? I'm Brazilian!!!! Good food there!!!! Drinks are very good, order a caipirinha, a brazilian classic!!! For desert they have papaya cream!!! Damn its really good...
