I've been going to BB for ten years now and it has NEVER disappointed. While the other Barnabys locations are open for good breakfast. There is just some thing a little better about Baby's. Scott and the staff make you feel welcome and provide you top notch service. When the weather is great and there's a long line out the door. It's worth the wait! Breakfast tacos, green eggs or breakfast plate with their famous biscuits. Are the top three picks.

This is my favorite place to dine! Brunch is my favorite meal and I have tried several restaurants. Baby Barnabys is by far the best. Everything I eat here is delicious. My favs are the waffles and green eggs! When I have brunch at other restaurants I am always disappointed because they can't compare to Baby Barnabys.

I love this place! My boyfriend introduced me to this place and we come for special occasions. The omlets are always so full of flavor and chunky of whatever you want. The lil potatoes are crispy and yummy. Overall everything is good. It's so good that people can wait up to 45 min to get a table. This is the only downfall. But the wait is really worth it.
Always great food and peaceful atmosphere. This has been my favorite breakfast spot for nearly 10yrs
The food was delicious, servers were awesome.. I loved it! I will definitely be going back next time I visit Houston. Please consider opening a location in Fayetteville, Arkansas! :)

I spent my 31st BIRTHDAY BRUNCH here w my Partner ALL the way from Erie, PA & I must say our experience was WONDERFUL!! � our waiter even put a candle in my blueberry cakes & the whole restaurant sang Happy Birthday ����� BEYOND BLOWN away.....best bday EVER!

Came here for a hearty breakfast and it was what we got. It was crowded when we came and we seated ourselves. We ordered healthy plate, and fruits pancake, with a side of bacon. Everything tasted good. The decor of this cozy place is also interesting with a retro feel. Service was friendly and fast.
Great place to go if you are looking for delicious food, friendly and consistent service, and a casual vibe. It was really clean and had my favorite preserves available right on the table. The breakfast tacos I had were awesome and the staff kindly accepted my substitution due to a dietary restriction. Parking can be difficult at peak hours and on weekends. The space is small and the menu is relatively small to but well curated. I’d love to see a dressed salad addition as a breakfast side and hot tea options on the menu. They did have hot tea available though, just none on the menu.
The black beans and potatoes were perfectly cooked. The chorizo in the tacos were perfection. Definitely coming back for the red velvet waffles and banana nut pancakes. My friends rave about the Green Eggs. Looking forward to my next meal here!
Found this place on yelp after a post op appointment in the area this morning. Nice little Cafe with a chill vibe and great food.
The staff were very welcoming and you could tell they liked to get to know everyone make you feel at home.
The food was also amazing. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs and my wife got their specialty which is the green eggs.
I liked the gravy alot and the breading was nice and crispy and held up well to the gravy. The country potatoes were some of the best I've had at a breakfast joint. They had a perfect color and were crispy and seasoned well.
My wife loved the green eggs.
We would for sure make a trip back to the area to grab another meal. Thanks for having us!
Great place to get a good hearty breakfast after regular breakfast hours. Went on a Saturday and the wait wasn’t that long. Place is cozy but not crowded. Service was great and friendly and the portions were just right. Does have a somewhat covered patio that’s really nice when the weather allows it.

Very casual, low stakes environment with a nice staff. I stopped by after a run. I saw the special was the chicken and waffles (with WINGS and not tenders) which was cooked beautifully but a touch salty. Menu is straightforward so if you need a lot of razzle and dazzle, look elsewhere
I had a breakfast date with my 14 month old son Thursday morning at Baby Barnaby’s. It is such a cute restaurant, I had forgotten how much I love this spot!
We had a short wait for a table in a cool, shaded area with free water. Then we were seated indoors and enjoyed a perfect morning.
They already had a high chair ready for us. The server was wonderful and pleasant. The food came out quickly. The grapefruit juice was fresh, and coffee tasted great. The atmosphere was light and airy. It felt like most patrons might be regulars, and it just really had that “extra” hospitality vibe. Really made you feel comfortable.

Really really good food, really good atmosphere, friendly staff. I enjoyed everything about this experience.. even the 15-20 minute wait. I ordered the green eggs meal. #yum I enjoyed how they have meals for vegetarians! I’ll def be back next time I’m in town visiting.

What a surprise!! We were visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this restaurant. Oh were we pleasantly surprised. Our group of four truly enjoyed our meal and the smell of fresh oj when you walk in is absolutely delicious. It’s a small place but the service is big!! It was good to see the locals go in and you could feel the welcome. Our server was extremely nice. I can’t remember his name but he was a gentleman with short hair and clear glasses. Our family who live there said they would add this restaurant to there regular breakfast stop. Keep up the good work baby!!
The orange juice here is so delicious! My favorite plate is the green plate! The service here is always great! Do arrive early as the wait can get pretty long. Love eating brunch here.
The waiter John was amazing. This was my first time going to this establishment, at first I was lost until he asked us to sign in and we waited outside. The wait wasn't bad at least 20 minutes the most I think it might have been less. It was small and welcoming. I ordered waffles and chicken and let me tell you those waffles were amazing but hats off to the chicken just delicious. Just the right amount of spices.My partner ordered the porkchops with eggs just 😋 delicious. I also had leave juice freshly squeezed just that home feeling. The coffee was one if the best coffee I had. All around excellent experience. You can order to go on the website also. Parking is limited but there is parking available in the back and the front of the restaurant. Will go again to try the other dishes on the menu.
Visiting from Austin and so glad a friend took me to this place for dinner. The salads are SO big and the servers are so friendly. Gotta support local!

On a rainy day, my appointment at the doctor's office was early. Hungry for the mandatory fast before blood labs. I found this place for breakfast in the Montrose area or (The gayborhood) and you must try it. The place can serve 35 people at a time with yummy food and amazing staff.

My No. 1 breakfast restaurant in Houston. All dishes are delicious but its pancake taste can’t be found anywhere else. Fresh orange juice is a must to take as well as the coffee. There is always a Q but it deserves waiting for the excellent food and services.
Fantastic food and cheery, authentically friendly service made this a highlight. New favourite breakfast in Houston. The OJ was beautiful, the waffle was great and the biscuit literally changed my understanding of how good they can be! Impressed.

Places such as Baby Barnaby's are the last "Old Montrose" bastions against the corporate, gentrified "New Montrose". The physical plant is not fancy nor highly polished but its clean and sanitary. You're among friends. Food is amazing.
The meal was excellent and the fresh orange juice was a hit. Advice: The seating is tight and for those with Autistic children so is helpful have noise canceling headphones and to get a booth inside or sit outside. Thanks Barnaby's for our first visit here. We will be back!
