Great food and service. The filet fajitas are always good and the queso on the side was perfect. The chicken fajitas were good too but not very flavorful from a meat standpoint. The corn tortillas and Mexican rice are the way to go

Food was amazing. The filet mignon fajitas were extremely tender and will be ordering these again. Margaritas were on the smaller side but were good.

Houston staple from the Lorenzo family. I love the grilled quail here but everything is. Very good.

Not all El Tiempo locations are created equal. We’ve been to every one in Houston and surrounding areas, and the Richmond location is a hidden neighborhood gem. The quality of food and service is consistently excellent. We always eat at the bar, and the attentiveness and friendliness are very much appreciated. We’ve been going to this location for years, and we’ll keep going back.

This is the place my girlfriend and I go whenever we want a nice night out or we are celebrating any moments. The service is absolutely amazing and the food is even better. We have been here 5 times and every time we come, we are both impressed by the hospitality and the food. I couldn’t speak highly enough of El Tiempo and I wouldn’t change a thing about it. Our favorites are the Pechuga Domenico and the Fajitas! Highly recommend both of them.

Food was okay. Beef in fajitas was tough. $50 for 2 (1/2 lb). What was not okay was the very loud crowd. The place was packed and you could not hear table conversation.

Authentic and delicious. Nice ambiance, plenty parking, great customer service. Indoor and patio tables available. Parrillada was pricey and missing some of the meats that was supposed to be included in the plate,we have only one mushroom and one shrimp! However, the waiter was very dilligent and bring three extra jumbo shrimp, extra chips, salsa, lemon, and make it up for us with a free dessert to celebrate our anniversary. They are very close to 5 stars!

Second time to eat at one of the El Tiempo establishments and both times it was a 5 star experience! The service really can’t be beat and the food is wonderful. I highly recommend the Carnitas. It’s slow cooked and then I think they deep fry it after. It’s served in a hot pot type dish and you eat it with tortillas. We split the 1/2 pound and it was way more than enough. My husband can eat alot too! Their guacamole is super good as well. If you like super spicy hot sauce they do have a habanero sauce for $1.99 you can ask for. The parking here is a little odd so don’t pass it up. You’ll drive down the side of the building to the parking lot. They have valet parking or you can park along the fence on your own.

Came highly recommend from a friend in California. Decided to go on a Friday for a late lunch. Had to go find a server to take order. Received chips, water and menu. The we were ghosted. Not sure why. Once food came things went well. The website says tex-mex food. I feel it was more than Tex Mex. I would definitely return!

We stopped in for a quick bite. The chips and dip, enchiladas and quesadillas were all very good. Would go back.
