Laurenzo's Restaurant - Houston - Photo album

Food was ok, but nothing special. Overpriced for the flavor and service. It was good for one time, but not that good for me to return. I enjoyed the fact that fajitas were well done and juicy. The mini charro style beans tasted good since they had meat, although I would improve them by removing the
November 5, 2023: Upon arrival - our party of three (for a birthday dinner) was greeted by a gentleman that welcomed us to Laurenzo's and opened the door for us to enter the restaurant. We were asked the number in our party at the front and were promptly seated at a table near the center of the rest
We came for dinner on a Sunday evening. There were plenty of tables available and we were seated as soon as we walked in. Our server was great! He was polite and friendly, and was very attentive without being intrusive. We started out with a delicious and very fresh guacamole. We all enjoyed our foo
We had a great meal and great service. Our waiter, Oscar, was fantastic. The prime rib was delicious and so tender, like butter. That was the best French dip sandwich I've ever had. I sampled the gumbo and wow, so good. We will definitely be back!
Been here twice. Make sure Oscar is your waiter. He's attentive, funny, and will make sure you're well taken care of. Bellini drink: 5/5 Coconut shrimp: 4/5 (don't like the orange-flavored dip) Cheesecake: 4.5/5 Ravioli: 3/5 Fish & chips: 5/5 Free bread with butter: 5/5 Chicken parmigiana: 3/5 Lasa
My husband and I had dinner here for our anniversary. Our daughter is about to make her way into this world and we wanted to go to a restaurant just the two of us before she arrives. We made a reservation and were immediately seated. Once seated, we were given the house bread which was perfectly war
1st time trying it and the food and service were awesome. Our waiter Adam provided an exceptional service. We are definitely come back.
This place feels like my second home. Whenever I need a pick-me-up, I can't resist ordering the shrimp and grits—it's my go-to comfort food. However, I'm a bit disappointed that they leave the tails on, as it wasn't always like that. I'd rather not have to "work" on removing the shells when I just w
Laurenzo’s is an interesting restaurant concept from the same family behind El Tiempo Cantina, The Original Ninfa’s on Navigation, and more. The Laurenzo family has been in the restaurant industry for over 50-years through multiple generations. Domenic Laurenzo, the founder of Laurenzo’s, is the gra
Took my wife here for their lunch/happy hour and I was not disappointed. The lunch included a soup. I got the gumbo and it was amazing. We have a few drinks and the total bill was not bad for the quality of the food and drinks. Service was amazing and they came around often to refill my water. We w
Celebrated my grandson's birthday with an early dinner today. The food was very good. Our server was Amazing! His name was Abram or Abraham. I will be returning. Great atmosphere! What great service!
Rustic throw back interior to classic restaurant. Famous prime rib is amazing! Dessert is delicious. And service is fantastic
Great food and amazing service!! We will definitely be repeat customers.
Great place in Houston to indulge in delicious food! We loved to eat here every time we visit Houston. We do see a lot of attorneys, especially two very interesting ones by the name of Morfin and His Dad. We were told that they were regulars. The place has great margaritas, Houston’s Best! I’m n
Great service, great meal, nice atmosphere lunch and dinner with all the big shuttered windows. The menu is a bit expansive, but I've never had a bad entree here... It would b nice if the width of the wine menu matched the beef selection. Prime rib is my favorite for dinner. The ceviche and the frie
My first time at Lorenzo's and it was incredible evening meal! Ticked all the boxes for each of our party of 4...delicious food (I had fried shrimp which I seldom order when out, due to suspicious nature of freshness) and it was awesome...fresh, crisp and everything I could have wished for; with a s
Everything was on point from the crab cakes and calamari as appetizers to the prime rib and a warm fudgy brownie with ice cream for dessert. Really cool jerseys and pictures all over the walls, too.
The food here is so good. The queso tastes like 500 calories/bite... and worth the 50 miles I'll need to jog to get get rid of it. The drinks were good too, made strong. I absolutely recommend trying this spot. It's on the pricey side.. they have a $20 cheese burger as an example, but you won't be
