A wonderful little spot for brunch! Tasty mimosas, perfectly cooked burgers, and the juiciest fried chicken I've ever had. Our server was very attentive. If you haven't tried it already, i suggest you do!
Wine and fried chicken, who knew they would blend so well together. Came on a Sunday for brunch and was seated promptly, not too busy until the later hours 1/2. Our waiter wasn’t too knowledgeable in wines but it all worked out, glad I was able to check out this great spot in Houston.
Great vibe and excellent customer service! The chicken and waffles with grits were unforgettable. The chicken was tender, moist and delicious and the chipotle syrup elevated the dish to the next level. The grits were so creamy. I ate everything and left no crumbs!
Our waitress was so kind! She was welcoming as soon as we sat at the table from us leaving. She gave great suggestions and knew how to handle a large party. We never had to wait a long time for anything! The food was absolutely delicious. I had been wanting to try forever and it was well worth the w
I absolutely love this place! They have valet and also paid parking across the street, so there really is no issue here with that, unlike so many other places in Montrose.

We started with a glass of wine and the
Service was excellent and friendly. Went here for Sunday brunch, and it was busy. I feel the drinks were the most impressive part of our visit. Had the San Jancinto drink which if you like smoky and citrus, it's the one for you. We had their southern fried chicken and the honey eggs Benedict. Food w
When we arrived to the restaurant we were able to park on the street nearby. We walked in and found out it was a 45 minute wait. We waited and walked around while we waited. The wait was only really about 25 minutes. We sat outside and it was pretty socially distanced. Our waiter was a male, I forgo
For some reason, my reservation was canceled within the extra 15 minute period it should've been held for. However, the manager stepped in to quickly resolve the situation to offer us a table, so I do commend him for that. Otherwise, I enjoyed Sunday brunch here. We built our own mimosas, and were g
Max’s Wine Dive is such an amazing establishment. We started off with the delicious Crispy Deviled Eggs then waited for our main dishes. Keep in mind that everything is made-to-order, so the wait-time was longer than most, but well worth it. We ordered the Southern Style Meat Loaf, which was not you
I have been here countless times in the past few weeks. It happens to be my brother's favorite restaurant, and his name just so happens to be Max...
Unfortunately, I have been unable to convince the wait staff that our meal should be free, due to the uncanny fact that my brother's name is in the re
