The Blue Fish Bayou Place - Houston - Photo album

We had a couple night out and we decided to meet at Blue Fish on Smith in Downtown Houston. It was a great atmosphere and the food was great. The place was buzzing with people. Seat outside if you can get a table. I would recommend to call ahead and reserve your table. The average for people wa
I have finally been able to show up and must say I am very Impressed. The sushi is so great on the palate and is well prepared with beautiful plating. The calamari has a light breading with not too much seasoning which blends well with their 2 dipping sauces. The Rainbow roll is worth every penny. F
Went here during their happy hour. The sushi was very good and well presented. The price made it amazing value and the service was quick and friendly. The desert was very tasty which I find uncommon at sushi restaurants.
I love this place. The rolls are very delicious. Everything We had ordered in all our visits was tasty and delicious. Manager is on top of his work, very professional and friendly. Its location is very convenient in the center of the downtown.
Great sushi! Crab potstickers were so fresh and the side salad (with ginger dressing) was fantastic! Would highly recommend the Shark Bait sushi (you must get it)!!! Rainforest was pretty spicy but good. Definitely coming back!
Delicious food - great service. The only improvement would be a larger table as the plates took up a bunch of room. It was a fun experience and we will likely be back the next time we are looking for sushi in that area.
Great Sushi! Prices are a high but there are few things you can get if you don’t want to spend much. Great environment and located inside the Magnificent Houston Theater District
Great sushi. Great service. However I've been going here for the last 4 years and its better before than it is currently. The manager use to stop by every time to greet us and kick up some fun conversations. I believe her name was Julie and she isn't there anymore. Not even sure who is the new manag
Good selection of draft beers (including Saporo), great giant lobster roll creation, as well as awesome super dragon roll and green tea tempura icecream to top it off!
Miguel was a wonderful server. Very "busy" place, but even a few couples brought their infants in carriers. We had the Rainforest roll, Miami Vice, and one rolled in cucumbers. The spicy tuna was yummy. All Very tasty. Their sake selection is wonderful. We'll be back!
