I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a Sunday brunch at Churrascos Steakhouse in Memorial City, Houston, TX with my family of 15. This was my second time experiencing their brunch, and I was just as impressed as the first time.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by warm and friendly staff. They were very accommodating to our large group, and quickly seated us at a comfortable table.
The brunch buffet was extensive and offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from. There was something for everyone, including classic brunch items like pancakes, waffles, French toast, and bacon, as well as more unique Latin American dishes like tres leches pancakes, empanadas, and grilled salmon.
The food was all delicious and well-prepared. The pancakes were fluffy and buttery, the waffles were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the French toast was perfectly golden brown. The bacon was crispy and flavorful, and the eggs were cooked to order.
I especially enjoyed the Latin American dishes. The tres leches pancakes were light and airy, and the sauce was perfectly sweet and creamy. The empanadas were filled with a savory chicken or beef filling, and the crust was flaky and delicious. The grilled salmon was cooked perfectly and was seasoned with a flavorful spice rub.
In addition to the buffet, Churrascos also offers a made-to-order omelet station and a carving station with prime rib and beef tenderloin. I ordered an omelet with cheese, onions, and peppers, and it was cooked to perfection. The prime rib and beef tenderloin were also cooked perfectly and were very tender and flavorful.
The service at Churrascos was also excellent. Our server was attentive and friendly, and he made sure that we had everything we needed. He also kept our drinks refilled and checked on us regularly to make sure that we were enjoying our meal.
Overall, I had an excellent Sunday brunch experience at Churrascos Steakhouse in Memorial City, Houston, TX. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Sunday brunch experience.
I am especially grateful to the staff at Churrascos for being so accommodating to our large group. They made sure that we had everything we needed and that we all had a great time. I will definitely be back for another brunch soon!
This is the perfect place for a little hor deuovrs or a full course meal.
The service was great.
No complaints
Service was very good as well as the churrasco. Thank you Rodrigo for your attention.
This restaurant never disappoints. Their food is consistently delicious, and the reason I picked it for my birthday dinner. The Carnitas were amazing, and Tres Leches perfection!
The restaurant is located on the second floor. Beautiful inside and everybody working at the restaurant is very helpful and attentive. All the food that the family had looked good. I ordered the eggplant meal. You get two plantain fried eggplants wit panela cheese with a roasted tomato sauce. It was good but a bit on the sweet side for me. The Mrs. ordered the spinach and mushroom enchiladas. I had a taste and it was on point. Overall we had a great evening and worth a revisit for the enchiladas and service.
Fun group night out, with great appetizers, mains and omg dessert. I recommend the red snapper and the bread pudding. Also, the red sauce (arbol) with the plantains appetizer was delicious
Love the atmosphere, food, and service of the place. Not a fan of the non-frozen margarita here though. Maybe the other drinks are better. Also, the place is upstairs and you can take the elevator or the stairs. I had the short ribs for dinner and enjoyed the dish.
Came here for Father's day Saturday and it was very quiet and peaceful. The waitress attended to us immediately and was very attentive the whole time we were there. The food came out in a timely manner and it was delicious. The portions are big enough to fill you up but not to have you bloated lol it's delicious with plenty of flavors.
Definitely recommend for a nice dinner.
I like Churrascos a lot, the food is good and the portions are generous. They have a good selection of wines and their sangria is delicious. Totally recommended.
The Churrascos steak was excellent, but my wife's Argentine steak was oilly and had a lot of cheese. The service was outstanding, and overall, we had a great time. We used the valet parking, and it was very fast and is complementary, except for the tip. The restaurant is on the second floor, but there is a very convenient elevator next to the stairs.
Had two events here. The food was great and staff was very accommodating. The steak with the Jalepeno cream sauce was delicious. The coffee was great as well. I don't know what blend they use but I need to get a bag for my house. Thank you, Marsha and Sammi, for all your help.
They have a great place, excellent service and delicious drinks and food; it was like visiting different cities in South America! My favorite was the ceviche, empanada, fish taco and the alfajores, the y : pisco sour and the mojito! This was during their happy hour!! 👍👍
Food was great my problem was with the waiter he had a hard time understanding what I was asking for and I didn't get most of my order that I had paid for.
First time visiting my girlfriends wanted little spicy Latin food. My only issue is the sign is on Gessner but the entrance is in the shopping ctr. So I walked around a minute before finding it. Better signage would help but hey what can u do. Our food was good, the vibe was great and the interior is beautiful. We took advantage of brunch. Lots of options for everyone and everything I tried was amazing. Definitely will return
I rarely give 5 stars but our lunch was excellent. Great service, delicious food, empanadas were tasty, meat cooked almost perfect, incredible tres leches and alfajores. Parking on site.
