Great Ramen! Noodles have a good texture. Soup is really flavorful and creamy. Takoyaki has a good bite of octopus and good amount of breading.

If you love ramen and to feel like a superhero or character from your favorite anime. I recommend giving this place a try. Our server was very friendly and helpful with our questions about the servings and how to place a reservation. The quality and atmosphere was amazing.

we came here on a chilly day so the ramen absolutely hit. the vibes here are so great to have a good talk w someone! great date spot too! the only reason i’d give it a 4/5 is cause of the lack of non-pork options. not very muslim friendly but the veggie broth was still reallly good! and you can adjust the spicy level with the spicy powder on the table. i also wish there was more broth and fewer noodles. still, it was super great for the weather!

Great ramen spot for a quick date night or if you are riding solo. I went bc their Tsukumen(dipping noodles) were recommended but due to my peanut allergy I wasn't able to order them 😢. -Food : 5🌟 -Service: 4.5🌟 they were super busy so they didn't have time to help with the menu but they were overall very nice and attentive -Atmosphere: 4.5🌟Small place but seemed big. What I ordered: 1) Yakitori( Berkshire pork & pork Jowel) these were phenomenal I highly recommend their Yakitori. They had a miso wasabi dip that was 💯 2) Garlic Black Bean Ramen: broth was rich creamy and perfect. I added a bit of chili oil for spice. Their noodles seemed a bit under done and could have used possibly an extra 30 seconds in the water. 3) Roasted Brussel sprouts: YOU HAVE TO ORDER THESE..end of story

Loved my ramen experience here. It's open late night and that the best. The wait list can get crazy but its worth the wait. They won't let you in till you entire party is present. The ambience is decent and clean, smells of the grills. The service is good. This was our first time and so we went with the servy recommendations. We tried the Tsukemen - it's dipping noodles and the ramen is really good. It's spicy and full of flavors. The spicy miso was my favorite - the broth is wholesome and delicious. I did not get the Pork chashu but the veggies and the chicken skewer on the side was a good combo. The veggie shout was good too. Overall it was ba good time and did enjoy the ramen here

This place does get pretty busy, glad I was lucky to come at a time when it wasn't. I mainly wanted to eat Ramen and they definitely had a good variety of other appetizers and entrees to eat. I went for the Tonkotsu Ramen, full of flavor, from the broth to each item in the bowl. I think this is my favorite Ramen spot in Houston now.

Really love the tsukemen ramen, spicy but so good!! I tried some beef, chicken and stuffs, tasty and well seasoned. The cucumber is my favorite, the sauce is so yummy. Atmosphere is pretty cozy and cool, love the food and would love to return for other dishes.

Really great ramen place located in Dun Huang Plaza. The restaurant has a nice decor. We tried multiple dishes and all were delicious. Our favorites are the spicy cucumber and ika geso (fried squid) from the starters and the spicy miso ramen.

Good service and great food. I've been dining here for quite sometime but left to go to another state. This us the first time we ate since we left in 2017. Nothing much has changed. The food is great. We ordered tonkatsu and beef steak skewer. There good. I was surprised with the amount of ramen that was served. It was a lot. No wonder their price is significantly more than tamashi nearby. Personally both are great. But i love tamashi more because it's more creamy taste a tad better. I would go back again to try other food from the menu.

Stopped by here with my girlfriend and her best friend who’s visiting us from NYC. She’s originally from Dallas so we had to show her why houston is the superior Texas city. My gf and I have been here a few times and were craving something from China Town. Tiger Den is always a reliable satisfaction to that craving! We came on a busy Saturday night. There’s a sign up list outside for waiting on a table. We were 4th or 5th and waited less than 15 mins before we were seated. We shared the Pork Gyoza and Ika Geso as our apps. The Pork Gyoza was so good and a perfect pairing with the spicy soy sauce. We fought over the last bite between the three of us, which I sadly lost. The Ika Geso is very similar to calamari. It’s even served with lemon. We were less so a fan of this dish as the meat was pretty tender (similar to alligator if you’ve ever had that), but I think it’s more so the nature of the dish itself than how Tiger Den prepared it. I got the Spicy Miso for my entree and the flavors were so good. My absolute favorite part are the kikurage mushrooms (black rubbery looking pieces)! Only complaint is that the “spicy” title is misleading. This soup is mild at best, but the flavors are fantastic. Will happily come here again.

We were six people. We had to wait over 30 minutes to be seated. Other small groups of 1, 2,3 went ahead. Once inside it was a small restaurant so we understood. The waiter knew we did not eat pork and offer suggestion for veg meatless choice. While friend order pork choice. The food was quickly. We enjoyed our first Ramen experience. Kids love it. Shrimp was not a favorite and would take away all the Brussels sprouts. But the both was hot and soothing. It was a nice experience and friendly staff.

Amazing ramen! Great staff! My friend was raving about this place! And I see why, such a good place for ramen! We got there before they opened since she said there’s always a line! I got tonkotsu ramen and very pleased and happy with it. My friend on the other hand was, to say the least, disappointed. She ended up with veggie ramen. Not only that it’s not what she really came here for, it also lacks flavor! She was hoping to get the same ramen as she did during her previous visit. She is Muslim and does not eat pork. Our server explained to her that her only option would be the veggie broth without the miso paste. Apparently, the broth that they use to all of their ramen and the miso paste has pork. They also don’t have a chicken or beef alternative. We were very appreciative of our server’s honesty and effort in explaining the ingredients. So take note when you plan on coming here for some ramen and you can’t have pork, tell the server you CANNOT eat it, not that you don’t want it - two different things.

We went here for the first time. The atmosphere was smokey and dark during to all the grill smoke but it has a good vibe. Service was fast and staffs were friendly. We tried out the takoyaki octopus, whole squid teriyaki, and multiple skewers. Everything tasted good- flavor was on point.

I really enjoyed Tiger Den! It's a modern and cool Ramen joint in the heart of Houston's awesome asian district! The pork broth ramen and octopus balls were delicious! I was waiting outside early before it opened with some nice people who drove 50 minutes just to eat here!
