I truly enjoyed their Ice cream. It tastes like a real italien ice cream. Hazelnut and mango were super delicious. They are also very creative and they serve their ice cream in flower shapes which also make it very fun. I would definitely try it again. The neighborhood is also very nice. However, u cannot find a free parking space and you have to pay for valet.
Great location! Super busy but they get through everyone quickly. Lots of staff working which is great! You self order on the screen available and pay there. Then wait to be called and they will ask what flavors you would like. Reasonable priced considering the location and stores surrounding. The gelato is decent, not the best I've tasted but still very good. They also shape the ice cream into a nice flower. No toilets available. There is one or two public restrooms near some other stores though. Just check the information boards that are location around the place.
Yum yum yum. Absolutely love the gelato.
I like the flexibility of choosing as many flavors as I like at one price. I am the kind who will buy all the flavors I want to try at one time. So I love the new concept from Amorino. I had the hazelnut, pistachio, and biscotto flavors on a small cone. They made a rose using the flavors I chose. It made the cone appetizing and pretty. The hazelnut flavor was fragrant and delicious. I couldn’t taste much of pistachio, which was a little let down. The biscotto was yummy and fragrant.
I also bought the gelato macarons. The macaron shells were crunchy. The gelato sandwiched in between were good. Nothing compromised. However, the gelato melts fast so it is better to eat the macarons right after purchasing them.
There are self-service kiosks for quick ordering. There are some seats for customers to sit down and enjoy the delicious treats offered by the store. I will go back to try other flavors.
There’s always a line for this place. My favorite flavours are mixed berries, stracciatella, yogurt and cappuccino. Mango and passion fruits are good too but it’s not a good idea to have 3 fruity sorbets in the mix, you need a plain flavour for the background taste. I thought the pistachio was too sweet and lime & basil was too sour.
The small cone is a good size. The gourmet cup is a big portion that you could probably share. The gelato does melt quick. It was good but pricey.
Oh my! I believe this is the best gelato I have ever had. They import their milk directly from Italy as well some of the other other ingredients. I’ll They are very meticulous and use the highest quality ingredients.
They have the largest Macarons I’ve ever seen and they are filled with gelato. will be a frequent customer. Delicioso!!!
To top at all, the service is top notch!
I will be a frequent customer. Can’t wait to go back!
Beautiful presentations with extraordinary flavors!!! Why having a regular ice cream, if you deserve better? Pay before ordering… they give you small bits to try different flavors. Indulge yourself with sweet memories 🍦
What busy little shop, full of Macarons, Gelatos, Italian desserts and coffee. It’s fun for the eyes. Most folks take their treats to go, the shop is a little small with a few seats. Affogato is delicious, it’s a mix of coffee with ice cream- great combination of flavors to switch from vanilla to a spoonful of coffee. Macarons are amazing as well.
This place is delicious!!! Possibly some of the best gelato I've ever had. The staff was so friendly and helpful including being patient with picky kids. There's a parking garage behind it with free parking. There are a ton of flavors including fruity flavors plus they turn your cone into a flower. It is a bit pricey but definitely worth it due to how tasty it is.
Great place for a cool treat 😎 a usual spot for my gf and I when we’re craving something sweet. Big shout out to Samuel and Reyna for their hard work. Store was busy and they managed the crowd like a great team! Give these people a raise / bonus / promotion or something please! 😊
Great experience at Amorino thanks to Gabby and the entire staff! Great service and amazing ice cream. We got a waffle with hazelnut, pistachio and vanilla ice cream and it was spot on! Highly recommend!!
I had been in many Amorino in USA and Europe, and this one was one of the best. The employees are very friendly. The line is always long ( any day, and time, any season!), but really it is worth it. and there is a small indoor seating, however, there are chairs and tables and few benches outdoor which was very convenient for us. I loved their pistachio flavor the most, however the new basil flavor is a must try.
The aesthetics of this place is amazing! It wasn't too crowded when my friends and I entered here. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming to my group. They have a ton of flavors to choose from and apparently it's recommended to have 3 scoops for the sharable cup but I got 4 scoops (for myself). Each scoop I can definitely taste the smooth texture and rich natural flavor! I can't recall the last time I had gelato but this experience makes me want to come back for seconds! They also have macarons and other desserts which looks so good but I don't want to spend too much in one go.
Would I come back with my friends or family to try this place out? Definite yes! 5/5
Such a cute place! The staff was quick and friendly, and the gelato was amazing. I got the the la bella waffle with tiramisu and caramello with caramel sauce. Great flavors! (:
I came here for macarons and they were super good!! The texture was amazing!! I also tried the sorbet shake and it was less sweet but still yummy. A bit difficult to park, but worth it if you have time.
It was a great little shop! Beautiful displays, desserts and gelato/sorbet. Employees were helpful & nice! I'm here visiting, but I'll be back for sure... probably tomorrow! 🤣
Amazing macarons! I tried hazelnut. Gelato was pretty good too. Will return.
Best gelato West of the Mississippi in an excellent assortment of flavors. The macarons also looked divine but I didn't try them on this visit.
This place would rate 5 stars except for the following: 1) It is a bit inconvenient to drive being located in the ROD shopping area off of Westheimer; 2) unless you are very lucky, you will have to park a block or more away; 3) the minimum one hour of parking costs $4; 4) there is only one server which will significantly delay dating your desire for the delicious product if there are three or more customers there when you are: 5) they are a bit pricey.

Rose-shaped gelato? Count me in~ this is a foodies IG/TikTok worthy place to showcase just how pretty these desserts are!
Amorino is located in the River Oaks district and it’s always a perfect time for gelato for any occasion~ it is a small gelato shop, but there’s outdoor seatings for you to enjoy as well! Make sure you absorb their menu as they have an abundance of flavors (also an assortment of other desserts and coffees too).
It can get a bit hectic during the weekends, so be patient as the employees try to accommodate you as much as possible!
