My kids will literally fight you for a dynamite frito and the pappasito roll is not of this world. If you’re in the Bay Area and you want sushi, it would be a crime to go anywhere else.

Real Japanese food the only thing missing is not sitting on the floor. Not like new fusion sushi bars, it has an actual Sushi bar. Love this place!

First time back in nearly two decades if memory serves right. Food hits just right for the price, and their location is ideal for neighborhood.
Was turnt off by their hostess? Sat us down and for the lack of a better term purposefully threw the menus and straws in a, "I don't want to be here, but I'll playfully show you how much I don't want to be here attitude." As if we would find humor or sympathy in it. Our dinner party all looked at each other in bewilderment.
The other waitstaff/owner who mostly served us after the fact were phenomenal!
Loved their katsu curry!
I am looking forward to revisiting for more comfort food.
This is our favorite sushi restaurant in Clear Lake. Their food is so good and servers are friendly and efficient. We no longer live in Clear Lake, but we make it a point to eat there when we are in town.
Tokyo Bowl has some of the highest quality sushi I've personally had. The owners obviously prioritize ingredient quality.
The servers David & Anna were absolutely pleasant and made some suggestions from the menu.

One of the best places for Sushi in all of the Houston area. Great atmosphere and great food. I don't think you can find a better Sushi place for the price. Its been here for decades and there's a reason for it.

This was my first time here and I will very likely return, even though I'm only in the area a couple of times a year -- the service was great and the food was fantastic.
We got the Lunch Box specials: two "F" boxes and a "C" box -- and they were delicious. The portion size was just right, the flavors and textures were on-target and the entire experience was one I'd like to repeat someday.
This place is a favorite! I love the papásito roll (fried) Im new to sushi and that roll is so goooood. I also get their hibachi chicken, and actually mix it together since they separate it all. The only downside is that if you get a roll and lunch meal you will average spend $18+ for each person, so yes a little pricey.
The shaggy roll (non fried) was okay but no contender for the papasito roll.
The waitress there that evening. If I remember correctly her name was Hannah, was extremely personable. Was able to relate to everybody on the table. The service was good. The menu offered a larger variety of sushi than you can get almost anywhere else in the area.
Eat here all the time. Always delicious, and they are so sweet!
Such great food here! This is a constant go to for me and my family. I'm allergic to seafood, but they have plenty of other delicious options! The yam roll is the best veggie sushi roll I've had and their beef teriyaki appetizer is very good. I also think their edamame is the best - never overcooked! My parents love their sushi and my brother raves about their chicken katsu!
Love this place, the sushi is really good and well priced. Service is usually good and prompt. Diverse and deep menu with a lot of sushi options for all levels of sushi eaters and other options.
Been going here for over 10 years and this restaurant never disappoints. Food is amazing. Highly recommend the Crunch, Sakura, and Volcano rolls. Service is always great. Friendly and attentive staff.
