Do not know how I missed this phenomenal restaurant for so many years. Outstanding food and service in a quaint, old home. Perfect for special occasions or taking.clients.

The crab meat cocktail was amazing. Huge chunks and tasted super fresh. The redfish was also great. Overall food was wonderful and in line with other upscale establishments. I knocked a star off because we weren't given a wine list until I asked and also the menu has no prices. I can understand steaks and lobsters being market price or something but there's no price even on sides. Comes off as pretentious. And yes I can afford it but if you're paying for others it makes them uncomfortable to not know before ordering.

The gumbo was exceptional, Christi our wait person was knowledgeable of their menu and not afraid to make suggestions. Their bourbons were fairly extensive. The owner came and she was quite friendly even though it was late. Loved it

Hands down one of the best restaurant experiences in Houston. Segari’s has never disappointed me. The intimate setting, the food and service are all on point always. As for recommendations, I have some gumbo to start and bread pudding for dessert. Whatever you choose to eat in between those two dishes as your main course will be delicious. You cannot go wrong.

Very quaint spot, but it deserves your attention. They don't serve the TEXAS size meals, but it good none the less.

The place looks a little sketchy from the outside with burglar bars and an unkept ramp, landscaping. BUT, the food was pretty good. The steak was surprisingly better than Perry’s. Everything we had was cooked to perfection. Filet mignon and rosemary potatoes paired smoothly. House Cab was really good and not old. Martini was unique and delicious. Small dining atmosphere on the inside. Made for a fun spot for intimate dining with fine food in a casual vibe. We’ll be back again as a go-to date night spot to talk over good food.

One of the most endearing restaurants I've ever had the pleasure to dine in. It was like eating at your moms house.....except with better food than my mom can dish out! The owner makes you feel right at home with her bright smile and charismatic personality. Don't miss out on the opportunity to visit one of Houstons hidden gems......I'll definitely be back ! Thanks Segari's !

Lobster bisque and sauteed claws to start. Bacon wrapped shrimp and onion rings were perfectly crispy and no oil flavor. Lump crab was huge. Sauteed was the way to go. Place itself was intimate and personal. Went there with no expectations and left a believer. Best kept secret ever.

I had my 40th birthday dinner there with 16 of my closest friends. It was my first time there and the owner , Angela, greeted us all with amazing warmth and kindness. From the beginning to the end, it was absolutely spectacular! The food was outstanding! The service on point! The atmosphere enchanting and intimate! They went out of their way to make my special evening one to remember for all times! I recommend everything on the menu and can't say enough about their staff, especially the owner! She feels like family right away!

I had a delicious bread pudding with crown royal sauce, my girl had gumbo...both were delish. Lady next to me says they also offer awesome chicken fingers ( not on memu) with house-made honey mustard. Bartender was super friendly and talkative.

This place has a classic "old school" feel to it with a menu to match. The seafood is amazing. This is a hidden gem on the shepherd Durham corridor.
