Great menu includes lean brisket and sausage, too. Pork and beef ribs, available wet, dry or with pineapple or jalapeno glaze. The jalapeno-glazed pork ribs are my favorite. Unpretentious, friendly, good prices. Wife and I share a 2 meal plate.
Great place to eat! Their jalapeño salsa is awesome on all the meat! The service is great as well. This is why they are catering my Roto-Rooter appreciation lunch.

Man this barbeque is finger licking good!! Ribs chicken & brisket are so tender!! Then the pineapple sauce & jalapeno are amazing!!!
They opened up when many restaurants weren't opened. Was able to provide hot meals to 20 first responders. Thank you it's ribs!! Our company will be a regular customer going forward!!! Guys loved the BBQ
Happened across this place while stuck at the light......or......maybe it was Divine intervention!! This food is delicious!!! I got the 2 meat plate with regular sausage, beef ribs, mayo potato salad and baked beans. It's enough food for me to make at least 2, if not 3 meals out of and was $14.50 (extra $1.50 for beef ribs vs pork - because they are apparently from dinosaurs!). I'm a Texas girl, so I know my barbeque and let me tell ya, this stuff is good, good, GOOD!!! Can't wait to go back again soon!!
The best ribs in the Willowbrook area. Ask for a sample of the gumbo and GET the Louisana Butter Gooey Cake...you will be pleasantly surprised!!!
Very few BBQ restaurants brine their meats you can definitely tell the difference juicy and tender!

Great food! I was pleasantly surprised that the chopped brisket for my sandwich was chopped to order. No grisly fatty pre-sauced meat. My chopped brisket was just as lean as the sliced.
Gumbo is great. Sides are great. Smoked brisket and chicken are ok. Pulled pork is good. Smells of smoked flavor than it actually tastes. BBQ sauce is tangy. All depends on what u like. Me i prefer sweet not spicy. Ill keep on with my search. Prices are average a bit high
Delish!. We just went to give it a chance. It wasn't as smoky as I expected but very tender and delicious. I also had the sausage as well as a huge portion of mac & cheese and green beans. Super fast service and awesome atmosphere was a plus. Wash it down with a sweet tea and it was a perfect Texas BBQ

Pleasantly surprised. Big portions, reasonable prices. We had brisket, pulled pork, St. Louis style ribs, and mac and cheese. We will return.
Good Stuff. Dont judge this place by the outside come on in and give this place a try! Man I'm not a big lover of ribs but my wife is and I'm very impressed! Most tender ribs I've had in a long time! I loved the sides green beans were excellent and the Mac and Cheese was awesome, my kids recommended this place for the Mac and Cheese they were right. Staff was great and the restrooms were clean! What's up with that?

Great BBQ! Have lived in Houston for years and tried most of the places, some good, some not so good and some great. Based on several reviews we finally got around to trying Its Ribs and am glad we did, as it will not be a regular. Got a rack of both the beef and pork ribs, some moist brisket, pulled pork and regular sausage and everything was great. For sides had some mustard potato salad, coleslaw and mac and cheese. Had several mac and cheese lovers in our group and every one of them raved about the mac and cheese. The potato salad was also very good and slaw good, but not as great as the mac and cheese and p-salad. All the meats were excellent. It is great to find a place that has both beef ribs and pulled pork. The beef ribs were meaty and moist and outstanding as was the brisket and pork. Would say that the sausage was quite good but not necessarily the best in the area and the pork ribs were a bit over seasoned so that you lost a bit of the great smoke flavor. However, all in all, one of the best BBQs in the area as well as offering a great selection of options.

WOW! Absolutely YUMMY LOADED BRISKET BAKE POTATO! About an hour before closing. I walked in It’s Ribs and received the best service from Leslie. I told Leslie I heard great things about their potatoes. Well!!! I was well pleased and satisfied! Look nowhere else. It’s Ribs is the BEST!! I will differently be back!
Best ribs in Cypress, Texas! OMG you have to try their ribs. I’ve had the pork spare ribs and the St. Louis style ribs and they are excellent. The potato salad is really good and the banana pudding is really really really good 👍🏾. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of ribs, either a half rack or a full rack. Seriously I’ve been in Texas for a year and these are by far the best ribs I’ve had. The service and the people working are also great. I highly recommend you check them out. You can thank me later.
If only I could write a poem about their loaded lean brisket baked potatoes. 😙🤌 Instead I'll just say they're huge and sheer perfection! When you get a hankering for meat and potatoes..the loaded potato will... well.. stick to your ribs 🤭 and hit the spot. The epitome of comfort food in my opinion. Well worth the price too..lots of meat and toppings. I wouldn't even say it's expensive for all you get! One potato is two meals for me! Love this stuff.. never had a bad experience with their food or service. Consistently satisfying! In my top rotation of favorite meals! Major kudos to all the staff and management! 😃
Their baked potato is good and it’s the most reasonably priced menu item in NW Houston. I will be coming back due to their pricing being reasonable. I will recommend to friends looking for a quick lunch to come here.
They definitely know their way around a BBQ pit. The chopped beef baked potato was everything you could imagine and more. One of the best BBQ potatoes I've ever eaten. I'll certainly be back to try more options on your menu.
Came for take out for my husband birthday got ribs, brisket, sausage & the jalapeño sausage some mac & cheese, baked beans, potato salad. Let me tell you the brisket is so juicy an the ribs come right off the bone you will not regret mac& cheese is creamy, potato salad just right an baked beans good as well definitely recommend.

I just got a barbecue Sandwich with sauce, pickles and jalapenos on the side. A good tasting side of Mac and cheese and a large drink for cheaper than the price of just a Sandwich at bucees. Why aren't more people eating at It's Ribs?
My mom and I love this place. They always serve the brisket lean never any gristle or fat. This really is a gem. The traffic coming in-and-out of the parking lot can get a little rough so prepare your nerves for some patients. I promise it's worth it. They offered dine in and a drive-through. You also can call your to go order in and they will have it ready for you at the window. There isn't a difference in price at any time of the day. And when it comes for barbecue in the area this is a go to must. Oh the unsweet tea actually taste like unsweet tea it doesn't have that weird lemon or other weird flavor it just tastes like unsweet tea. This is one of those places that you wanna get them a gift at Christmas time because they are so amazing.

The people here (especially pery) are great! Everything is smoked, so my ribs are always falling off the bone with a fork! They have amazing jalapeño or pineapple glazes that go well with the ribs. I like their deserts & pery always remembers what I like. So far, the humongous baked potatoes with chopped beef have been my go-to. The plate of ribs & chopped beef & sides are great as well. One of my favorite parts of eating there is the B.B.KING Satellite radio Channel is always playing great music. I watch the TVs too but mostly jam out to different people while eating. The prices are great too! I got a huge baked potato (with all the fixens) with chopped beef moist, bottled drink & dessert under $20 & had money for tip! As usual I go back because of quality food & great service! I'm so happy I went in the place out of pure curiosity some months ago!
Went in for the brisket sandwich, spent just under $10. It was absolutely delicious and the staff was kind and welcoming. Will most definitely be back to try more on the menu.
I love the baked potatoes here. My husband and father rave about the jalapeno glaze. The sauce it’s too sweet. The Mac and cheese and cole slaw are pretty good.
There are a lot of great options here. Definitely worth a visit. I love the Potatoes, smoked chicken, and jalapeño sausage the best.
