I love this little spot. My go to is the butter chicken with basmati rice, garlic naan bread and saag paneer 😩 it literally tastes the same every time I go! And the lady there is so sweet!

First time visiting just wanting a different cuisine. I ordered the lamb vindaloo the meat was tender and had a great spice. Warning it is very spicy but still good. I ordered butter naan also next time I will get garlic just to compare the taste but I look forward to returning and purchasing something else from the menu!

Happy Valentine's Day. I convinced my husband to try Indian cuisine for dinner. If you live or visit Jersey Village, there is a little gem called "Cafe India" at West Rd & Beltway 8. WOW! 5 🌟. Best service, ask for Mike. The food is outstanding. BYOB. My kind of place. They also offer fresh buffet, M thru Saturday, from 11 to 2 pm and so affordable. Can't wait to return. You won't regret it! What are you waiting for, get over there fast. You won't regret it.

Very delicious food. This little hole in the wall restaurant has become a favorite of ours. The food is always flavorful, soo delicious! The best Spicy Saag Paneer, Spicy Chicken Tikka Masala and Garlic Naan! Reasonably priced. Love it! The lady that waits on you is also very sweet and makes sure to ask if everything is too your liking! They also allow you to take a bottle of wine to enjoy and provide the wine bottle opener and wine glasses. There's also a liquor store next door where you can purchase wine from their cooler.

Saturday afternoon went to enjoy their Indian buffet. We were pleasantly surprised it was very enjoyable. Food was fresh, hot and very clean. Tandoori chicken had excellent flavor and more importantly it was not dried out. Service was good, very attentive. I would definitely come back.

The helpful, friendly people, food & buffet on Thursday & Fridays from 11 am to 2:30 p.m. $14.99. These things will have me coming back regularly! Especially since you get delicious free Naan & a choice of desserts with the buffet! Different meats & Curry goat & vegetarian dishes delicious! A must try is their Lamb Korma! Juicey meet ! Creamy & flavorful sauce! Good coffee & mango Lassi ! Samosas are huge & tasty!

Only $20 for one of the best meals I have had. Absolutely incredible! Had lamb curry with basmati rice and naan. Cleared my hunger and left me more than satisfied. I wish there was one by my apartment!

Solid Indian food. I got the chicken tikka masala. It was very average. Chicken was dry. The Lamb Shahi Korma was fantastic. Great flavor, and a little heat. Tried the house special naan. It was ok. I won’t get that again. I would try Cafe India again and get different things next time.

I was AMAZED at the quality of food and service at this place. This is my new favorite restaurant due to the high quality of customer service and the quality and tastiness of the delicious food. I ordered the Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan (I asked for them to make the Butter Chicken spicy) and it was to die for. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend that you try Cafe India ! I am sure, that without a doubt, you will genuinely love it!

Food tastes like the one in Bombay Brassiere Houston. Prices are a little cheaper, too. It's a very small restaurant, though. Overall, great food 😋 👌 👍

I’m just ending dinner at Cafe India - all I can say is Wow! I’m Indian and have a very high bar for good Indian food. This small unpretentious place in west road is the real deal. Sensationally good Indian food! Run by a Sikh couple from Punjab, the place is warm and gracious reflecting the all the wonderfulness that the Sikh community is known for. Well worth a visit.

Food is fairly priced and not too bad. Tastes authentic. Give it a try. I'd suggest the briyani.

I've heard about this place several times but stopped in for the first time this evening after meeting nearby with a client. The lamb vindaloo with basmati rice was seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of heat and the onion & cilantro kulcha was fabulous - note the toasty edges. It's a BYOB - wish I had planned better! Understated interior was accented by pictures of India and the humble, nice owner was very welcoming. Will definitely be back and worth the drive!
