The staff is so friendly and helpful, explaining any of their menu items. The prices are super reasonable, love that. Lots of vegetarian items. The food- homemade pasta is my thing. They do it well here, not overcooked. The Fungi pasta was amazing. Best dish we had. The salad was good, basic dressing. The bread was meh, nothing special, grilled with a little oil. Forgot to take pics, again, before the food was half eaten. 🤦‍♀️

I had the shrimp blt and I was surprised! it was so yummy! a little too much bread though. but the contents were delicious. my friend had a pork sandwhich and it was ok. our other friend had spaghetti. the sauce was delicious but the meatballs had more breading than meat. the potato salad is done like european style with olive oil, no mayo. it’s different but yummy.

Was in the mood for some pasta and trust me when I tell you they did not miss a beat. Yummy!!! I even ordered a togo portion and tried their sweets behind the glass. I left full and ready to go to bed. Will visit again, definitely!

Our first visit to Paulie's was a wonderful experience and instant favorite. The gentleman who took our order could not have been more accommodating and patient and made sure I knew the pasta salad I ordered would be served cold. Speaking of, the Mediterranean Pasta Salad was fantastic. Beautifully dressed with plenty of flavor, but not too rich. I could eat this dish every week. I also ordered the Remulo E Remo. Yum yum yum. I loved it. My husband ordered a pepperoni pizza that looked amazing and cheesey. He said it was really good, as was his Caesar salad. For sparkling water, they offer San Pellegrino. We both just loved the wall of windows. The location and atmosphere couldn't be better. We were very impressed and will be back often.

Found this gem on our visit to Houston and let me tell ya it was a fantastic dining experience. The service here is top notch and very friendly. The pastries are all made in house. We had the panini which was extremely good. The grilled chicken alfredo is very good and creamy as well. I ordered the full order and couldn't finish it so unless you are gonna share it possibly get the half order. The pizza is made very well and taste very good as well. They offer a house made lemonade which I thought was extremely good. We also ordered a cream cheese brownie that was very rich and sweet. I would definitely eat here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Houston.

One of my favorite lunch spots in town. Can't go wrong with the half panini half salad. Parking available in the back. It’s also now one of my weekly dinner spots. The burger is just delicious and always spot on. Everything tastes fresh.

I tried a cappuccino and one cookie. Was very good, but I think it would be better if they had warm the cookie a little bit. Good environment, clean restroom, but the service was a little confused. But I liked and I recommend!

It was a chill atmosphere. The cashier was very helpful in explaining my choices in my order and the food was fulfilling. My son had Eleni(pepperoni pizza) and I had full bowl of fettuccine alfredo with added chicken, both delicious and of course had leftovers because those noodles were homemade wholesome 😋. 10 out of 10 would try again!

The food is very fresh and flavorful. Great place for a reasonably priced lunch. Meals aren't too heavy, but you'll be satisfied. The desserts are quite nice.

I recently took my mum to Paulie's for her birthday for a late lunch/early dinner. The menu is simple with just enough items to cater to different taste without being overwhelming. There is also a menu with specials of the day. I had the Grilled Portobello Sandwich and my mum had the Chicken Breast with Mushroom Entree. Looking at my sandwich, I wasn't sure I would like it (the mushroom looked dry), but it was really good with nice flavor and juiciness. The red bell peppers and goat cheese was perfect, not over powering in taste. It all complicated each other. My mum said her chicken breast was tender and nicely flavored, as well as the potatoes and broccoli. We were both very pleases with your meal. Hope to try a pizza next visit.

Their bucatini all’amatriciana doesn’t taste like it should: it is very tangy and the tomatoes are chopped quite large, and it was very oily. Nevertheless maybe inauthentic but tasted great and for the price it is unbeatable. The half portion was like a regular portion, so the double is definitely too much food. The price is incredible for the US and I love what they’re doing.

The food had a wonderful flavor profile and the cashier was very helpful, as it was my first time visiting. We'll definitely be back.

Very good! Somehow I've lived in the loop for 10 years and never tried this spot. Got the grilled chicken sandwich with their Pesto pasta salad. All of it great! I feel like just a big bowl of that pasta salad with chicken would be amazing. Staff was friendly. Place clean. Prices reasonable. Would recommend!

One of my favorite places in Montrose. I always get their fettuccini alfredo with a side of chicken. They never disappoint me with their flavor. Plus they have cucumber water that I like!!

Really nice place with delicious Italian options, I became a fan of their vegetables soup! Their pastas are really good, especially their pesto fusilli, and they're big portions! Try their pepperoni pizza! They were really friendly and helpful! See more @CariFoodie

Chicken parm was excellent. Fairly priced food. The attached bar is cozy. Overall a great vibe without being snobby.
