This is one of the best , probably the best, Greek restaurant I ever went to. Amazing salad! Amazing gyro! Amazing Greek fries! This place is truly a gem! I lived in many major cities and know my Greek food. High prices worth it. My only constructive crticism is they should not use the plastic disposable dip cups and use an actual dish for the dips for obvious environmental reasons.

So much fun! The food is great and the staff even greater. I can't believe this place exists in the middle of spring branch. The portions are huge... Got two meals out of the eggplant parmigiana sandwich. You must try the Greek iced coffee! On the weekends there's a band and belly dancing!!

Simply off the chain, first time ever going, and everything was great, started with Spanakopita, crispy flakey pockes filled with spinach and feta.. also had an appetizer of zucchini sticks with dipping sauce that was awesome just Enuff cucumber in the yogurt freakin awesome. And finished off with the lamb gyro and Greek fries, that would be french fries with feta cheese. Restaurant was clean and staff was absolutely gorgeous Simply Greek gyros is the absolute Greek place to go for great food fresh produce and the lady behind the counter is 100% easy on the eye gorgeous!

Good gyro. Takeout order was ready in 5 minutes. Try the Greek fries. Was in the area and decided to try them out. Glad I found the place.

Ate at Simply Greek with my best gal for my bday last night. It was amazing! The flavors of the gyro exploded all over my taste buds. Good serving sizes. 13$ fed me twice... I will recommend Simply Greek to anyone and everyone I know! Thanx for the great food Stelios!

The food was delicious...the service was superior! I live 2 hours away and have had no place to get spanakopita for years since our Greek restaurant had closed in 2010! When my friend brought me here, I felt like I was at my long lost eatery....thanks for reviving my memories and taste buds! You were an answer to prayer! I will ALWAYS be back when I come to town!!

Definitely recommended. We moved here from Chicago and have tasted nothing but "wanna be" gyros! This place was right on point!!!! The service was also a perfect example of what a good dining experience should be. Great job!!!

Stopped in to get a drink while we were shopping and then decided to get some fries. While we waited for the fries the smell got to be too much so we had to break down and get some gyros. Glad we did. They were really good, stuffed with meat. One easily fed two people. I love that they wrap them in a pita. The pita texture was perfect to enjoy a gyro and not end up with it all over your lap and face. Really delicious. I’d also like to call out the service. The person who took our order and cooked the fries was great, even though we kept updating the order. Everything was made fresh and everyone was great. This place really ought to be busier.

It’s decent food. They stay busy so it’s hard to get through on the phone. I ordered a gyro, they were out of the roasted potatoes so was a little disappointed in that. Gyro was a good size and meat was nice, thick chunks.

I was hungry and not to be biased but the food always tastes better when you have fantastic servers. They had a bad team that didn't care but the new attitude of the crew is superb. I enjoyed the gyro had plenty of meat and super yummy loaded fries! Wait time was long.

Cool little place in Spring Branch. Converted house into. Burger shack. Nice patio with plenty of seating. The buns are very good and really help the burger. Patties seemed to be cooked on a flattop because there is a very nice crust on them as well as being juicy.

It's a quaint neighborhood place that I think was originally just Simply Greek but now it's both the Burger Shack and Simply Greek. They look to be adding hot dogs eventually so it will be Simply Greek, Burger Shack and Top Dog! It was our first time and we went with burgers. The burgers are named after local streets in the area and have a wide variety of combinations. My wife had the "donut burger" and I had the "pizza burger" (sorry forgot their street name). My wife got the donut burger plain and dry and it was really good (I had a couple of bites). The pizza burger had tiny pepperonies on top! The real surprise was the fries. We went with waffle and they were really crispy and seasoned. I don't think I've had a waffle fry that crispy. We thought the food was really great and will be back. I plan to try the Greek menu next. Prices per burger, pita or plate seemed to range from $12 to $15. So a little over $30 for 2 people.

Great innovative ideas on the burgers. Good mixes . Just need a little more tweaks on the follow through to brome legendary. The beef patty was pretty good. The bread ... brioche bun needs a little more help.. toasting it would help... seems like too much bread. The waffle fries... probably just an off day.. all the waffle fries were bits and pieces...I would have rather had 4 to 5 whole pieces than a plate of scraps... over all it was decent.

SB burger shack is a hidden gem. I grew up in Spring Branch, so having the burgers named after the streets here is pretty awesome. The place is like a hole in the wall, mom and pops type of restaurant. The restaurant is surrounded by lots of trees, and I will admit, I got stung by a bee while eating. (BEWARE!) Overall, the burger taste fresh and was really juicy. I enjoyed the waffle fries the most. The seasoning was perfect. 4 stars because they don’t sell bottled waters, they only offer tap. :)

EDIT: This place is under new management and since they've taken over the service and food has been exceptional. They've even been willing to accommodate folks with dietary restrictions like Halal-only. Food is delicious, service is great--highly recommend stopping in for a bite to try the food yourself. You won't be disappointed.

We picked two hamburgers (I-10 and Conrad Sauer). Both were amazing. Hassan is the cook, the waiter and the host ...and everything was just perfect, including the waiting time. I really recommend this place !!

Cool place for spring Branch. Went with the wife and kids. Kids enjoyed eating and they're picky (4 and 2). I got a bacon cheeseburger, while the wife got the pizza bun burger. I got regular fries and she got the Greek fries (with feta cheese). Everything was good. I was a little disappointed in my serving size of fries. Buns taste good, although are a bit greasy. Meat is good, but it is a thin patty. We did get a few slices of cake. Lemon cake was good. Also got red velvet, but that one was dry. We'll definitely go back. Maybe without kids and sit on the patio. Even though kids weren't an issue this time. Employees were nice as well.

Oddly located but definitely a hidden gem. The waffle fries were excellent and I had the Bingle burger which was good but the meat a tad bit dry, nonetheless the ambiance is casual and reasonably priced. Will be a returning customer for sure!

This is way better than mytiburger, whataburger, Burger King, Chick-fil-A waffle fries and McDonald’s in spring branch hands down! If you don’t come here more often than you have no taste in burgers or quality of ambiance you want to experience. We had the i10 and hollister burgers. My mind was flipped when I saw the pizza on top of my burger. The outdoor patio is fun if you want to hang outside and the inside is a cozy cool living room you can watch tv in. I haven’t been to a place like this in spring branch in like ever. It had a sense of the heights in it when you sit down. It’s BYOB from what the cashier told us and their working on their license for beer. So stay tuned for this spot to be hot! Unlimited refills for drinks as far as a I know. We had an mozzarella stick appetizer with 2 burgers and a drink and it came out to be around 32 dollars. The burgers were delicious and the waffle fries taste better than Chick-fil-A. Get 2 burgers and drinks for date night here and watch March madness on the tv! Enjoy this new one!

Mac and cheese bites where awesome they have a small kick to them. Onion rings and sweet potatoe fries are good. In my opinion the burger itself was average to maybe just above average, but worth a try. Might have just been that certain burger. I will be going back to try the rest of the burgers. Can't wait for them to serve beer. Friendly service and food came out fast.

I live in the neighborhood this just opened up 9 weeks ago it was a must-try place in Spring Branch. There's no other burger joint in Spring Branch that makes fresh Burgers just like this place. The buns are a little bit on the big side but very fluffy. The meat was definitely good and something that you should try out. There's many burgers named after sweet roads in Spring Branch which was kind of weird at first. I went with a big group and we tried everything they all kind of taste the same there is a special I-10 Burger which they put Pizza on top of a burger kind of also taste the same. It's good that 9:50 would cover fries and a burger so it's not bad of a deal. Currently They don't serve alcohol so BYOB which is a great thing. You got to try it out I wouldn't get five stars just because I've had better.

Unique burgers & excellent fries. Portions are huge at a great value. They have a chill deck out front, which will be great for sunny days and as the weather warms back up.
