So I've almost come to the standard that some Chinese restaurants just don't care about customer service, but this place was fantastic. Waitress explained the menu, didn't give my check randomly middle of meal, asked how food was.
We just went with some basics: Wonton Soup, Mongolian Beef, and Chic
Parking was a bit of a nightmare but the establishment itself was solid. Staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Food was better than average. They are very family friendly, especially with young kids. Would definitely recommend.
Five stars for food, service, and atmosphere! We ordered the Peking duck (sliced so thin and served in a beautiful round pattern WITH BOTH cucumbers and scallions!) $46.99, the $5 bean sprout add on, eggplant (special requested plain to share with baby) $11.99, flat rice noodle with beef $11.99, and
Not sure if they have a new chef but the dishes are different from before :/ It all tastes fine but I really liked how it used to be. I don’t recall duck being in any of the dishes I ordered but I guess they just used the scraps from the Peking duck. And they’re thickening their sauces more, it’s li
We ordered the Mango Slushee. Iced Thai Tea. Beef Lo Mein, and Chicken Pineapple Fried Rice. It was so so good! I will definitely come back here and recommend it to my friends. I didn’t have the chance to take better pictures because we ate our food right away. Nice ambiance and good service. 10/10
The food is good. Service is nomal. The price is on the top end of expensive. My kid wanted some crabs and so ordered. When the bill came, it showed $65 for a crab (about the small fist size). Little smaller than the ones I caught at the Houston Pier. LOL.
Update…
I liked the food this time around, just not as much! When I asked about the difference, maybe because of the language barrier, but I was dismissed and was charged more to have my dish cooked the way it had been served initially the first time. Not a good fit this time. Maybe there’s been a c
Great food and overall good. However, portions of this duck was lacking.
Definitely a bit overpriced for the amount of food you get.
Mafutofu was lacking in flavor as well and I do not recommend.
Lobster dish was great.
Beautiful restaurant with excellent service and great food. Big portions and good prices. Huge menu with many options.
Vibe: Very cozy and clean interior, and they have fresh fish on display too but there isn't the typical fishy smell you often get in those kinds of restaurants. Lots of cool decor
First time trying this place and it will not be my last. From the moment we came in someone was quick to sit us down at our table, then they came for our drinks and appetizers. The menu is extensive with plenty to choose from. The prices are very reasonable they have family meals as well for a get t
The best dim sum in Houston so far! This is a worthy successor to the Legendary Dim Sum King. From the decor, to the music, to the variety of authentic dim sum dishes, and finally, the amazing service. What a great discovery!
I came to this restaurant due to my craving for Peking duck. The duck skin was very crispy and the duck meat was prepared well. The Peking duck was fairly priced when I compared to other places in the area and if you paid $3 more you can have a duck stir fry or duck soup with your meal. The salte
I went here for dinner on Christmas day and it was absolutely delicious. The service is top notch and a very beautiful ambience. We ordered peking duck, custard buns (not shown), walnut shrimp, and stirfried flat noodles.
Peking duck 5/5. This is some of the best Peking Duk I’ve had in my life very
Every year at this time my husband and I take a day away and go get massages and dine at The East Wall!! We love their Peking Duck… it’s one of the best in Houston.
Today we changed it up with the Steamed dumplings, Beef Sate hot pot and general tso chicken!! The duck wings as well!! They were ama
Visited this resturaunt on a Tuesday night. The service was fast friendly and the ambiance over all of this place was peaceful and relaxing. Now to the food! Peking Duck anyone.....you won't find it better ANYWHERE else (stateside at least). Perfectly moist meat and the crispiest of skin. Their trad
So friendly as soon as we step inside!! The vibe was warm and friendly. My server was personable. The service was fast, fresh, and oh so delicious. The roasted duck, I highly recommend.
If you're in Chinatown and want some really good Chinese food you need to visit this place you won't be disappointed. It was my first time here my wife, my son,and I tried the lobster, beef and broccoli, orange chicken, and spare ribs Japanese style. We will definitely be back.
