Absolutely loved it! Ordered the classic bacon burger with fried pickles and a sweet tea... Let me tell you, I had NO hard time finishing it. It was delicious! �
It's the best burger I ever had, it melts in my mouth. It's my weekend favorite meal. The service is pretty good and overall clean. Would recommend people to try it.

It was delicious! I had the avocado club...mouth watering! The peanut butter milkshake was the bomb! Staff was friendly, order was perfect, the only wait was while he cooked our burger...I think this place needs some advertising, I had never heard of it. It was a quick walk in... Its a bit pricey but well worth it. Two ate for $33 that included my milkshake.
I had Smash burger for the first time in San Jose Costa Rica and since the I haven't stopped thinking about it! I was really hoping that we had one close and it was just as good and this location did not disappoint. Next time I will Request to toast my buns abit more.I am happy my family loved it too!
My family comes here often for burgers that are smashed and fried for extra flavor. It’s certainly not the healthiest food choice, but that’s not what we come here for. The restaurant is a corporate location, so they will have all the corporate specials running, including what brings us in, the kids eat free on Tuesday, from 4-9 PM. Its was a nice clean place but the food was amazing everything fresh with lots of flavor. I got the Double Smashburger with Smash Fries and definitely recommend it it was amazing 10/10!

Kids lived it. It was a little greasy for my liking. Restaurant was clean and staff friendly and courteous.
During the dog days of summer. There are the heat and sometimes you just want something small for lunch. Well this is not that time !!! I want something greasy and some hot fries to go with it. So I decided to go to Smashburger. The parking can be a hassle in this place. But the store itself is nicely lit and clean spaces. Amble of seating and staff is pretty friendly. Definitely better then McDonald's. That been said the ambient is nice and inviting.
The original burger was made to order, so those of you expecting super fast service this is not the place. The actually really don't make it until you order it from scratch, and the fries are actually hand cut when you order them. But the meal still come out under 10 minutes that to me is good enough.
Smash burger is smashing place to eat your burger. They have great shakes and other item on the menu. I just got to find time to try them all. Maybe next time............
It's fine, I guess. Nothing special. The wait was long and they weren't very busy. The food is better than MacDonald's or Burger King, but they don't set the bar very high to begin with. This operation is very clean, the staff is competent and friendly, but my expectations might be too high. If you want a great burger you can do better, but if you aren't in a hurry Smash Burger is good and offers competitive pricing.
Tried this place while traveling from Alabama. Ordered the double bacon smash burger and the smash fries. Everything was so good. Everything was fresh and hot and the wait was not long. I enjoyed this food experience. Customer service was good. I want to try the salad next time.
I find Smash to be pretty consistent with their food from location to location. The burgers here were good. Last time I was here, they were having a rough morning and they weren't very welcoming. The credit card system was down. The soda machine was turned off. The trash cans were not lined. This was at 11a. They still served us our food and it tasted great. We ate, went to get cash, then returned to pay. It wasn't a terrible experience; it was just inconvenient.

5 stars. Excellent service. Francisco is a great guy, he treated me like a king. Very humble guy. I think this place is under new management. I will be stopping by again since I live in around the corner.

1 star. Terrible service. I am trying to get a refund and they can’t figure out the cash register. Last time I spent 25 minutes waiting for a veggie burger. Today they have to defrost patty while people that came behind me are getting their food. Forget this place.
This place is often clean if not immaculate, though the service level can vary. This particular visit was very positive, though ... the only true downside was the revised menu, to be honest. There seemed to be fewer options to choose from, including building your own burger from scratch. The overall time from order to fulfillment was definitely improved, though, so takeout orders seem to be processed in almost half the time than they used to be - if that was the reason for the menu change, that would be the bonus.
I finally understand why reviewers are raving about this particular joint. The burger is one of the best i've had in a long while from a fast food chain hands down easily. The customer service is top notch. Though i have to say, i am hoping for a spicier burger in the future for the Asian palette. However, this doesn't diminish my love for their burger ❤ Will definitely indulge once again to satisfy my cravings.
This is one of our favorite restaurants and definitely our favorite burger joint. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating- even with my crazy dietary restrictions and our autistic son. We genuinely feel cared for, not to mention, the food ain't half bad, either!
