Very well made international dishes brought together in unity under the taco banner (enveloped by the corn tortilla). Between my cousin and I, we split five tacos and all of them were gooood. But the best of the bunch were the brisket taco and the Thai chicken taco. The Brussels sprouts taco was very flavorful. The falafel taco took a few bites before I could appreciate the subtle flavor.
When in the area we always love a Fusion stop! We used to live close by and fell in love with the place a few years ago. Glad to see that they have remained in business!
The chicken tika & the shrimp tempura our our 2 favorites!
This is such a great neighborhood spot for dinner and drinks! Highly recommend! The prices are also very reasonable!
I enjoy coming here for lunch! My favorite tacos are the Huevos Rancheros, and the sweet corn queso melt.! The staff is always nice and attentive! They have a bar as well, very comfy! Cleanliness is good! Overall great place to come chill and eat 🙂
Delicious food. Loved the Thai chicken Taco. Taco Tuesday is a great deal, some tacos are 2 and 3 dollars when they are normally 4 and up.
They also could do some tacos gluten free, you just have to ask. (Does not include Thai chicken, but they had some awesome options). My mother with celiac was taken care of here and after eating here twice she did not react so I would say this place is safe for people with celiac just ask about menu items before hand.
Had dinner here and must say it was pretty delicious. I tasted the tempered shrimp taco which had Wasabi ranch sauce "which I ordered on the side because I wasn't quite sure about it" it was a great and light taco. I ended up putting the whole side of sauce on my taco also because it was a perfect combination with the shrimp. I also had a rice bowl with Angus steak and it to was great. The steak was so tender, I would have liked maybe if it had maybe some type of sauce served in it like maybe from the steak to season the rice but it was good. I will be going back to try different tacos because they have so many on the menu that I want to for sure try!
*Don’t get my rating confuse*
Tacos Are Five Stars! Love them! Taste, Freshness, Flavour!🤤 darn now i want some Fusion Tacos lol
You will love this place maybe not the drink ( my friend gave them on a 2 stars for their mixing skills) but the food is great. The only reason they are getting a four stars is because the music is way to loud and I basically had to yell at the person sitting next to me just to have a conversation but other than that I highly recommend! The food has amazing flavour and not just the first time but every time i visited!
an I stoked to try this Taco place a
Great Happy Hour Specials! Great place for Taco Tuesdays! Probably the best falafels in the heights area. Definitely a great place to dine in for a low key unique tacos.
Fusion is ALWAYS a home run for me. Excellent and prompt service along with great tacos. A winning combo! See y'all again soon.
Vibe- Cool spot to grab a bite to eat at. There’s an outside patio area with a good amount of seating and the inside is pretty spacious.
Customer service- Goo.
Food/drinks- I got the Agedashi taco (has crispy tofu)and the falafel taco; they were both good but the Agedashi was my favorite.
Parking- There’s a lot next to the building with about 12 or so spots.
The Heights area in Houston offers an eclectic variety of bars and eateries, and Fusion Taco fits right in! It's a mash-up of Indian meets Latin meets Mediterranean, and it's done well! There are a variety of rice bowls, nachos, and quesadillas as well as tacos and there are several gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options! And since you can't have tacos without margaritas, there are several delicious flavors to choose from (*side note: mix the jalapeño margarita with any of the other flavors if you like a little kick! You'll thank me!) The prices are very reasonable (around $4 per taco and $8 per bowl) and the staff is really friendly! I'll definitely be heading back!
