Very near restaurant. Very well priced menu and value for money. They have curry combos for lunch with are straightforward selections from a quick bite. I ordered the Thai redcurrry served with an eggroll and veggies as sides. Tasted really good and easy on tummy.
Will visit again while I am in the town!
The first time here, the food was delicious. Service was prompt and fast, definitely a good place for food
Again, the food was great, very delicious
They remodeled looks amazing 👏
The food at Thai Lanna was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! The flavor explosions, authentic taste, and the freshness...OMG!!! We will definitely be back this week to try more!!! Lisa is a waitress at Thai Lanna, and she was nothing short of amazing!! Thanks, Lisa, for all your menu recommendations. You were spot on!!
Very good food with a very friendly staff! It’s a small little restaurant tucked away, but it has big flavor for a good price. This was my first visit and I only tried the lunch special Crispy Ginger Chicken, but it was very good. I lived in Thailand for 4 years and I would say that this is an American play on a Thai dish, however, it had all of the authentic flavors. The other items I saw coming out looked more classic. I wish the egg roll was a traditional Thai spring roll (small and fried with glass noodles in it). The egg roll was still very tasty. I plan to try more dishes next time I’m back, which will be soon!
First time and we were very impressed.
Everything was fresh and extremely flavorful.
We ordered the crispy chicken, Massaman chicken curry and a combination fried rice.
10/10 must recommend.
Went here and had a lovely meal tonight with my mom & sister.
Every single food item I tried here has been top notch. Ginger Chicken, Ginger Tofu (it had the consistency of pork, unbelievable!), etc.
The Thai Dumplings & Cream Cheese Rolls are the greatest appetizers I've ever had at an Asian restaurant.
A hidden gem of Houston.
eat find I have been driving past here forever. I stopped in Saturday evening. I was surprised everything was good even the spring rolls were f spiced to be tasty and not boring. I had tofu cashew and pineapple,. Which was flavourful. My friend had pad Thai which she enjoyed. The service is fast and very friendly. It has a nice neighbourhood vibe, ample parking and a a good menu a first choice in the manner
Our family loves Thai food, this was our first time trying Lanna Thai and it didn’t disappoint! I am vegetarian and was really happy to see many Tofu options as well as a few I could tell were gluten free. I got the Larb Tofu and the soft tofu spring rolls. The salad dressing was delicious, a mix of sweet and savory, the salad was fresh and the tofu nice and crispy.
My son got the chicken fried rice and it had a very generous amount of chicken, onions and yellow peppers. My husband got the chicken pad Thai and he said it was very good.
We all agreed that we would definitely get takeout from here again!
Food is always delicious! My favorites are the steamed dumplings, crispy ginger chicken, and tiger cry salad. The women who work here are super friendly as well! I highly recommend!
Family owned restaurant, clean, delicious, fresh food and the service and atmosphere are great! I like when restaurants play music that goes with the theme/culture and the decor is also nice.
My favorite here is hands down the cashew ginger tofu! I’m a vegetarian so having the option to swap chicken for Tofu is great. Highly recommend trying this place out instead of whataburguer next door 😒 lol support small businesses!
😯 I honestly was just expecting your basic (fortune) cookie cutter asian food. Nope! I got the lunch special: crispy ginger chicken with an egg roll and veggies. They veggies were asi asi, but the chicken and the egg rolls 🤯were nothing short of absolutely delicious. Both were light and crispy. I’m not an egg roll person but that was the best egg roll that was ever created in the history of mankind. The chef’s only purpose in life is to cook egg rolls and crispy ginger chicken, Geez. I can’t wait to go back and try the other dishes. I’ve been in Houston for 14 years and as a “Chinese Food” connoisseur I can say that this is the best “Chinese Food” (its Thai 😂) in Houston, oh and better than New York and all of the other Asia Towns that I’ve patronized. I have spoken!!!
Food is delicious! I’m glad I finally placed an order and so happy I did. I ordered the Crispy Ginger Tofu, Tom Kha and Thai Tea and they did not disappoint. This will be my go-to Thai from now on.

That last bite in the pic was gone before I finished this review! This little place is awesome, the food was delicious and the service was Rock Star Fantastic!! We will definitely return and send lots of business their way!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This place might not look like much from the outside, but it is delicious! I had the crispy ginger tofu, and I just need the recipe please. How do they get the tofu to be so crispy!? Definitely satisfying. Fresh food, clean dining room, attentive service.
Lunch special is $10 and there are 5 choices. The Ginger cashew tofu is the only crispy tofu we have found in Houston! It's addictive:) and it comes with veggies spring rolls. We also had green papaya salad. Great!
Great service and food, sort of a limited menu but not bad
