Driving back from airport and craving for some desserts and found this branch on Google and definitely did not disappoint. Was going to the one down the street on Greens Rd but they did not have enough chefs and the wait was over 40 minutes.
Food was amazing. We had the Turkey melt sandwich, Oreo waffles & Strawberry waffles. The turkey melt was outright tasty. Grilled tomatoes coupled with avocados, bacon and cheese on healthy whole grain bread. The waffles with whip cream were crispy and savory. The side onion rings were also superb; small enough to not overfill and make us a felon of gluttony.
Would especially like to recommend our waitress, Melany. She was not only extremely attentive, her memory was impressive. Melany remembered our order without even writing a word down. We could tell she was tired but she still was upbeat and pleasant. All waitresses should strive to be like her. She definitely make our experience a joy.
Will definitely come back to this branch if coming this way. Keep up the good work Melany and iHop Cypress Houston Texas!
Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from Isis W. You guys were super busy, the restaurant was at capacity, and she was fantastic! I appreciate a server who does a great job, and she handled our table of 4 adults and 4 children with a perfect display of relaxed competence. She was very respectful and patient as well. The food was just as fabulous, as the service. Well done Isis! Can’t wait to visit again!!
Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was decent temperature. We spent $70 for food for 2 adults and one child.
I took my Mom to this IHOP after her cataract surgery and we had a very good breakfast. The staff was pleasant and the surroundings were clean.

We were greeted immediately at the front door. Excellent service the waitress Isis was beyond awesome, and didn’t let our cups go empty. She offered refills every time our cups got low and even explained the reward system to us. Very dedicated young lady. Excellent breakfast and food. Good place, parking, very clean restaurant.
Our waiter (curly hair with glasses, sorry I didn’t get his name 😕) was very nice and polite. It was also nice seeing the other employees being nice and helping each other out. Very friendly atmosphere! I gave 4 stars bc the food was just okay. Pancakes were a bit burnt
Honestly better than I expected. Objectively I'm obliged to say the pancakes were the dryest I've ever had in my life, but I didn't mind them since they gave me a blueberry syrup which was delicious. The waitress was nice, the guy that greeted us was nice, loved the anniversary offer, atmosphere is homey and nice, and prices are acceptable.
Pretty good service. Waitress was friendly and food was good as it typically is from IHOP. Went at 2 am so it service was fast.
It wasn't very busy, but my friend & i waited 15 minutes for our drink order to be taken & then another 35 minutes for our food orders, then another 25 minutes or so for our meals, even though people that had came in after us were served 1st, the 1st bite of my hamburger was good but my friend stopped me from eating more because there was a long hair hanging off of the back of it, so, I was hungry so I did eat my fries, which were good, so when the waitress came back I politely told her about it & she did offer me another hamburger but we didn't have time to wait for it, they didn't offer to take it off of our bill, so that was some very expensive fries, we won't be going back, we did not feel very welcomed at all
Pure awesomeness! Quick and friendly service and the food was top notch. Will be on my list of top favorite places to eat.
