The owner Earl might be there to greet you and chit chat with you. He'll hype up everything on his menu, and rightfully so. This place is the real deal.

If the 5 star rating doesn't say it all, then here it goes. This is the first time my family and I left NO food at the table. If you knew my kids and wife they're picky. So even coming here was a risk. But as usual Gotham didn't disappoint. It's my third time eating from there. But the food and service was phenomenal. Definitely going back.

The fried ravioli and wings are excellent. I always get it delivered. Working night shift the options can get sparce but their food and service make them the only app I have on my phone cause nothing else compares.

We are from the Chicago area and still are on the hunt for a good pizza in the Houston area. We where greeted very friendly and throughout the night the service was great. We ordered the meat lovers pizza and my tell tale sign is the Italian sausage on the pie. It came out and everything was great. The sauce was good, the cheese mix was too and yes the sausage passed the test. So we will be back....

The atmosphere felt like a small New York subway shop but also very welcoming and family friendly. Staff took very good care of us. The pizza was amazing. I recommend the Margarita Pizza.

The menu is a bit overwhelming and confusing, so I walked over to the restaurant about 15 mins from downtown proper, and was greeted by a friendly server. I asked a couple questions about the menu for clarification, and settled on a build your own calzone. This thing was headed to me in less than 15 mins and I was on my way…as I started to walk out the door, the smell of garlic hit me and I opened the box to check my order and saw this piping hot delicious calzone. I walked back to my hotel and dove into this mammoth. over 5 lb calzone for right around $20. My three topping were overflowing, but the crust still had a good structure to hold everything together. As being from NY and this being a NY pizza joint, a good crust is always a mandatory foundation for a great pizza. If in the HTX area and looking for some good eats, check out Gotham Pizza!

We had ordered one medium size plate of chicken Caesar salad, it was enough for two people; grilled chicken was amazing in it. One plate of mozzarella sticks with marinara for an appetizer and a 16" Buffalo chicken, light buffalo sauce with more ranch sauce on top. Over all the pizza, mozzarella sticks were very delicious, food presentation was good, and the service was great. The service was good and they were accommodating with how we wanted our pizza prepared. They have larger size pizzas available as well, it’s pretty cool so check their menu out. Service was quick and pleasant. Sitting area in the restaurant is not too pleasant but overall very good.

Gotham Pizza is a great local pizza place in Houston that is perfect for a late-night slice. My father and I recently traveled into town and were looking for a place to get pizza after a long day of exploring. We decided to give Gotham Pizza a try and we were not disappointed. We called ahead and ordered a large pepperoni pizza, and it was ready for pickup 15 minutes later. The pizza was cooked perfectly, with a crispy crust and a generous amount of pepperoni. The sauce was flavorful and the cheese was melted and gooey. We were both very impressed with the pizza, and it was definitely the perfect late-night meal. The service at Gotham Pizza was also excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they made sure that our pizza was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. We would definitely recommend Gotham Pizza to anyone looking for a great local pizza place in Houston.

Small little pizza place. Unfortunately the interior was a bit of a letdown since it's named Gotham pizza. The waitress was busy on her phone and we sat down to dine in but ended up getting our pizza to-go and eating in the car. We got a 16" cheese and it was really good!

Gotham Pizza offers two different styles of pizza. The first is a thin crust New York style pizza which I haven't tried yet but looks good. They refer to the second as a Sicilian style pizza which has a thicker crust but not a deep dish. I ordered a 12" Sicilian " The Works" pizza and it was delicious! The crust was good and the toppings were very fresh as you can tell by the attached photos. Update: I ordered from Gotham Pizza again and got "The Works" but this time went with the New York style and again it was amazing.

16" pepperoni, Italian sausage and ricotta was great! Service was good and price point was right. Crust could have been a bit crispier, but not a deal breaker by any means.

Grungy looking place but the food is bomb! Especially when you are just getting out of the bar and craving some pizza. The prices are a little high but they deserve it since they are open until 3am! Right now due to Covid they are not letting people eat inside, so that was a bummer but it's all good. The menu has a lot to choose from and the wait wasn't that bad.

I ordered a slice ($10.99 with up to 5 toppings) and my mind was blown when I received my order. I never imagined that the slice would be this huge !! The flavor was amazing! My crust was crispy just like I like it. I will say that some times the crispy texture is hit or miss depending on the cook . I say this because I went two days later and my pizza was not as crispy, which was disappointing.

Ups and downs, the ups do outweigh the downs though. This place is so close to having the best hot wings in the whole midtown/downtown area. The down is that the wing toss needs to have more flavor and heat, the up is that it is the highest quality wing I have had, really just a proper wing with a good crispy cook. Just wish that wing toss sauce was more hot and flavorful

We ordered the hearty healthy pizza, which has chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes, and onions. We also had the mozzarella sticks, Gotham rolls, and Buffalo wings. Everything was fresh, delicious, and of excellent quality ingredients. Our server was great! Very friendly and courteous. We will definitely come back!

New York Style, thin crust and fast, 13" smallest whole pizza that can be ordered. Got Magarita Pizza and added on Anchovies ($2.75) for extras. It was great. Have had pasta and salads are good too. Group was there watching Texans game. Extra flat screen on wall, that I don see in pictures. Service good. Will be back.

We came to the counter and were told to grab a seat, they would bring us menus. We sat on the side closest to the nail salon and the smell of chemicals was so bad that we moved to the far side. This helped but you can still smell the acetone. It may not be the best place to dine in if you are scent sensitive. The house salad is not a memorable affair. Iceberg with 3 cucumber slices, a few slivers of onion and cherry tomatoes way past their prime. Pizza slices are thin crust and large. Great flavor and crispy. Overall, I would rather pick up than dine in, but for the price I'd look elsewhere. 12$ for a specialty slice and a medium house salad is 9ish$.
