Love this Baskin-Robbins. Not only is their ice cream delicious with so many flavors, specialty waffle cups, toppings and more--the employees are TOP OF THE LINE! Especially Mr. James. He is kind, courteous, familiar with their products, patient with children, and more. This BR is just my favorite ever! Well done!

I was shocked with the kindness of the employees- I went in almost at closing and was stunned with how welcoming and knowledgeable and passionate the employees were. One person there said they like to compare ice cream flavors like wine pairings, they recommended amazing flavors. There were 3 people working, each person was incredibly kind and obviously cares about their jobs. The ice cream was delicious. This company is lucky to have employees like this and I truly hope they are recognized and appreciated, this experience is rare & noteworthy, they deserve recognition for their integrity, commitment, & drive.

I grew up on 31 Flavors, so I will always love BR. This BR is just as good. I enjoy the conversation and wit of the employee. And the taste-testers are always good!
This place has been here since I moved to Houston in 1964. Same building, same layout. Great service as usual. It's been 40 years since I've been inside. Not anymore. They even have 31% off for today!! I'll be back. Good memories from when I was a kid.

The crew at this store always has a smile on their faces and greats me when I come in. Cyrus knows me by name and is always in a chipper mood. He and Cameron both always take care of me. I absolutely love the staff and the way they handle their job. Good crew for a bunch of high schoolers.

We’ve been going here for years and have always enjoyed their banana splits and other ice cream flavors. They made the our order just right.
Just visited this shop and very much enjoyed our visit and the sweet Christian lady that waited on us and spent time helping and talking to us about her bout with cancer. Our daughter is fighting leukemia and was wearing a really cute cover for her bald head that cancer patients need and love. This dear Asian lady shared she couldn't find one when she lost her hair to chemo. So glad she is doing so well now. Loved the ice cream, too. God bless you, dear lady and stay strong in the Lord...and stay well.
