Blueberry Danish Pancakes an overall winner. Gluten-free Pineapple Upsidedown Pancakes and Corn Beef Hash tied for second. Busy. 20 min wait to table. Service a little slow due to volume of business/number of wait staff. Still, pleasant environs, good portions and good neighborhood. Outdoor tables well-shaded and ice water frequently resupplied. Wide assortment of creative drinks available if you are into that sort of thing.
Oh my god at how good the crab and asparagus omelette is. Like oh my actual god. Order it right now (unless you're allergic to shellfish like don't die) and thank me later.
Menu is great, plenty of variety but not so much that you get lost in it or that they're compromising on overall focus/execution in the kitchen. Fun looking drink menu if you drink, solid coffee/espresso options as well. Cute and clean and delicious, will definitely be back!
I always frequent a different location but my friend is in town and this was the closest one. I was worried that service and food quality may differ. However, I was gladly mistaken! Ronald was the best. It was pretty mildly busy Saturday morning about 10am but he was consistent in checking on us. The drinks were amazing (strawberry Martini 🍸) and lemonade mimosa. I always order the OMG French toast pictured below i get the full order because they make you say OMG when you bite into the dish! 😂 Also the breakfast burrito i add onions, bacon, mushroom you can add whatever you like and i don’t get the green salsa on top that comes with it(i just don’t like it i stick with the red on the side). My friend had the pancake flight you can sub a pancake for a OMG french toast (as you should) and she had a crab omelette i believe (I’m allergic so idk the name) overall 10/10
This is Houston hotspot for a great tasting breakfast or brunch! Pack your patience because on the weekends its always a wait to get into but the atmosphere is well worth it! And the Shrimp and Grits are amazing!!! You will not be disappointed!!!
So the food here was so good we came twice while in Houston. The only reason I didn't give an 5-star rating is that both times my servers were just a bit awkward. Two different scenarios and personalities, but just acknowledging to be a great server requires a little razzle dazzle. Nonetheless, we had the pleasure of meeting the manager who was super nice and knowledgeable about food and Houston in general. The pancake flight with chicken sausage and scrambled eggs was excellent. Second time around was the seafood crab cake which was equally delicious. I enjoyed my iced green machta latte better than the alcoholic beverage from the second visit.
Close to my work and sometimes stop by for brunch.
My favorite dish is the egg Benedict.
The pancakes and breakfast tacos are also great.
They are mostly busy but the service is good.
This place made me happy! In town for my sister's birthday and went to this fabulous establishment. There are so many options, so I have to come back and try some other dishes. It was a beautiful day, so we sat outside. Our waitress was nice, but forgot about filling up our waters. I had the Pork Belly Benny and it was perfect. I love me some pork belly and it was cooked perfectly with a nice portion. French toast and eggs were also very good. I plan on bringing my best friend here when I am back in town.
Finally came to try this place and I do not regret it at all. The staff is super nice and friendly and we got seated relatively quick despite it being busy. It came with a wait, which was expected, but once the food came out it was worth it. Hot and fresh, served amazingly and deliciously.
Had breakfast on Sat around 11am. We did the waitlist option online which I highly recommended. The wait was quite long but the waitlist option helped. Food was good…nothing spectacular, but I’d go again. There’s dining inside as well as outside. Parking isn’t an issue.
Tried this cute place out for brunch today. Marc was our server. He answered all our questions about the menu and provided suggestions as it was my first time visiting. I had the kale and quinoa avocado bowl with chicken sausage. There are tons of vegetarian options even with the pancakes. It's sometimes difficult to find 'good for you' breakfast options. There was alot of variety. Traditional options with others that have a twist. I'll definitely be back.
For me, this is the #1 Snooze location in Houston. I recommend swapping out the toast for flour tortillas & ordering the barbacoa to make your own barbacoa tacos! The OMG French Toast is addictive & their pineapple mimosas are 10/10. If you're coming here solo, ask for the "half order" of the OMG French Toast to get a cute smaller portion. I come here often & the service is always friendly, professional, & efficient. The music is always fun & helps contribute to an unmatched brunch experience!
Food is good but pretty loud inside to have a conversation however we went on a Sunday morning and it was very busy. I like the gluten free options for the pancakes.

The food was delicious, the service very 👍 good and a very nice atmosphere. The only thing is that the wait is long, we waited almost 30 min. I recommend a good place.
Good service, nice ambient (a bit noisy though), a variety of options for breakfast and brunch, including vegetarian or vegan dishes.
I've ordered a cranberry pancake (seasonal - super yummy!), 2 scrambled eggs and coffee.
Delicious breakfast spot! I loved how our waitress offered half portion entrees so we could try a few, although the price doesn’t alter for all items. Regardless, great experience!
UPDATE:7/30/23:

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Quality of product and service reflect quality of management and brand.
Snooze is FANTASTIC!
Wonderful, tasty breakfasts that are elevated far above traditional diner food without losing the essence and soul of a hearty, fulfilling breakfast.
Superior to traditional diner food.
Great service with a smile from the moment you check in with the seating host/hostess. Our server today, Santiago, represented himself and the Snooze brand extremely well. Could not ask for anything more.
Everyone at Snooze is happy to see you. Very light, positive vibe throughout restaurant.
Just a great place with wonderful, positive people making it all happen.
Been a customer since they opened (2016ish?) and have always been blown away by the flavors and creative offerings of their Benedicts and other breakfasts.
Reasonably priced.
Everything spot on excellent here.
If you've been you know.
If you haven't been, please give them a try. Doubt you will be disappointed.
Went to Brunch with a dear friend and the food was incredibly delicious and contemporary not your standard cookie cutter breakfast/ brunch place that doesn't have exciting new innovative breakfasts/brunch dishes, the Mimosa was delicious as well , the Chicken sausage was delicious as well , absolutely no dry food
Great place to grab breakfast or brunch. A menu that offers refreshing options as opposed to the standard run of the mill breakfast menus. We definitely appreciate the variety and diversity of beverages available. The upside down pineapple pancakes are delicious! The different variations of eggs Benedict entice us back again and again. Lot's of parking. Great outdoor dining patio that's perfect for this time of year.
