Best pho in Houston!!! I got the Chicken Noodle Soup and at first taste was the broth which offered a burst of flavor no other pho has been able to achieve. The second bite- the most tender chicken paired with fresh basil...Yum! It was my first time going but surely won't be my last. Highly recommend Pho Vn 21! A++
1st time eating Pho, so i cannot compare it to others. But i ordered white meat chicken pho an it was delicious. I will absolutely go back.
Good Staff & Great Basic Vietnamese. The food on every visit has been up to par with the other big name Vietnamese places on Bellaire. The menu is a bit limited, but you have most everything available that you would expect on a Vietnamese menu. Most of the grilled plates are under $7, and the spring rolls are always fresh, never that pasty, tough, been in the fridge waste of money you get elsewhere.
