The food is amazing and the service was great. Even during rush hour they had me in and out the door in 10 min or less. The atmosphere though is very cramped. I wouldn't recommend eating in unless you want to feel like a sardine.
Potbelly has always been good. I've never had a bad sandwich or bad customer service. I've been to 2 locations and pretty much no issues. Sandwich will make you rethink the normal Subway you are used to. They also have some of the best cookies too.
