I was really thrilled with the service from Terrence today! My wife had placed a mobile online order today and a few items were out of stock when we showed up to pick up. In addition, somehow my wife forgot to order my coffee. Terrence fixed the order no questions asked and gave my coffee for free!

Very hard to find especially if you are from out of town, I ordered a mobile order and then couldn't find a way into the building, when I called they had NO clue how to help me and acted like I was stupid. But when I got there they were apologetic and did get my order right and it was hot.

Not sure why but I highly prefer this 4th floor location over the 3rd floor. they are generally less busy here and the customer service is quicker and friendlier.
