Love this place...especially for its out of this world chocolate pyramid....I've traveled near my far but nothing so perfect as this, anywhere....been a customer since 2006...still go there even though I'm now some 2,000 miles away from it! Good luck, wish u all much success �

They are excellent...in the past 10 plus years I have been to there shops and all cakes that we celebrate it comes from them. Every time, they have gone above and beyond in decorating the cakes. And the taste.....yummmmmyyyyyyy!!!!!!!

Hot Breads is my favorite bakery in Houston. I really like desi cakes and snacks and frequently visit the Hot Breads on Hillcroft and the Red Berries near Sugar Land. I recently worked with Shel to cater a miniature dessert table and cake for my wedding and everything was a hit. She was very easy to work with, very friendly, and my cake came out beautiful. Overall, I was quite pleased--would definitely recommend this establishment for catering desserts.

They have a nice collection of Indian style cakes and puff pastries. Had tried their Black Forest cake and it was great. Does make you feel like it’s a cake from India. The staff was courteous.
Best cakes in Houston. Im slightly biased given I’m from India but I’ve always hated American cakes, too sugary and never moist enough. This bakery gets it just right, maybe not 100% like cake from India but it’s 80% there. It’s perfectly moist and the sweetness is not overwhelming.
Their puffs are great too, not incredible but decent enough. Prices are on the higher side at about $4 per puff.
I hardly write reviews, but I have to write this . I ordered 2 cakes for my daughter’s 1st birthday. I was skeptical by seeing bad reviews but man they did amazing job. Flavors were on point and perfect sweetness and delicious and also looked beautiful. Every one in the party loved them. I thought they are so big there will be lot leftover, but flavor that good nothing was left…..😊😊

It's nice. I went at probably a bad time but the employees were nice enough to let me know what was available and what was popular. I picked up one pineapple cake and one strawberry cake. I would recommend going here early in the morning because while it was fresh, a lot of stuff was already gone. Not only do they have bakery goods but also food that they make. Overall, I recommend checking it out.

They also offer a wide selection of eggless fresh baked breads and cakes. They also make delicious Cookies made with real pistachios, almonds or cardamom and cumin.
Great selection of desserts, pastries, breads, sandwiches and cookies. We always enjoy their Cakes. Recently got the mixed fruit cake which certainly reminds of back home. Tastes very fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend it if you’re visiting houston Hilcroft area and would like to enjoy best cakes. They even have eggless cake options. I have also tried their sandwiches, patties, small pizzas. They all taste very yummy. Staff is always courteous and friendly and give prompt service. another personal favorite cakes are Black Forest and Ferrero Rocher.

Didn't even know Rasmalai cakes existed before I came across this business. All birthdays in my household are celebrated with Ras Malai cake. Another thing is their Chiken Dynamite Sandwich, these sandwiches are out of this world!
