Consistent good service and consistent delicious kolaches. The last time I went they were out of the coffee that my girlfriend wanted so they made it fresh for her and delivered. Highly recommend.

I hate to give it two stars when the food is 5 stars but the coffee is consistently luke warm at best anytime after 8:30. The employees have to offer to heat it in the microwave after you purchase it and take that first painful sip! Let's get some fresh coffee or new dispensers that work up in here!
We love Kolache Factory! This location is great, very friendly staff, and they never seem to run out of sausage and cheese, which a handful of the other locations do as the day goes on. (We usually stop in around lunch time) Super clean and spacious seating area.
Oh my goodness! I love the kolaches here! I could eat here every morning, but the calories won't allow. Just saying that if I am going to eat this kind of food, I won't get it anywhere else. Great customer service as well
