Love the changing art on the catering board. The sandwiches are yummy, and worth the wait. Real eggs, bacon, and tomatoes, not artificial, made to order when you order.

The location is weird, as the parking lot is next door to the place by the drive thru window. It took us a long time to get our food after ordering (a trend we seen with the two cars ahead of us). There seems to be a faster process if go indoors to order. Food wise, best bagels (so far) in Houston. If craving bagels/sandwiches this is the place to be.
My wife loves this place. On this day i got a to-go order for her and we ate at home. We will always come back here and the staff are always helpful and friendly.
Joel is the best! He is always super nice and helpful! He takes his time preparing my food in a clean manner and never makes me feel rushed! He truly is one of the best members of the Einstein team in Webster! There is a another very nice lady that works there who is African American and I wish I knew her name, but she is also wonderful and truly cares about the customers experience in making sure that the orders are prepared to your satisfaction! Keep up the good and hard work you put in! I appreciate all that you both do! You truly make my bagel run a happy one!

I love the bagels. There is a wide variety to choose from. My favorite are the pretzel bagels and plain bagels. The place is a bit run down and could use an update and the parking lot is small. Staff are friendly and the food is very good.

I got a bakers dozen box, and the bagels were super fresh and soft much appreciated.
I want to give it a 5-star, but the parking situation is just no bueno. Best to order and pickup if it is a peak time. I love their combinations & the twice baked hashbrown just makes a gal smile, ya know? You can also pick up a bottled soda and little bagels made for your dog. That's a winner.
The staff here really has some patience. The car in front of me had some very unhappy customers. The staff were calm and took care of the issue quickly. Everything on the menu is delicious. The line moves quick. I can't wait to go back.
