Kamalan Bakery - Houston - Photo album

First time there with my husband bought these two plus more they're super delicious, excellent customer service, my hubby enjoyed his early birthday present we went on 10/15/23 and now it's actually his birthday 10/16/23. We are definitely coming back and I definitely recommend this place big time.
One of my Houston friends posted about this bakery on social media so I took note. This past weekend, we visited from San Antonio so I had to stop by to check it out. I bought some for my Dad, my husband and myself and some to share with neighbors and other family. I bought a custard bun, bacon che
They don't use lard on their baked goods here, so vegetarian-okay! The baked goods here are tasty. They just started having Japanese cheesecakes on Saturdays and Sundays too
They provide the most delicious and fresh bread/cake. My husband and I both agree Kamalan is the best bakery store in Houston’s China Town.
Their cakes are delicious and usually cheaper than their competitors!
Stumbled onto this place while deciding what to eat at the Don Huang Plaza. Cute mom and pop small bakery that's neatly organized and clean. We got a few savory bread buns and weren't disappointed. The BBQ bread had way more meat filling than other places. Bread is mildly sweet like Hawaiian br
My favorite place to get red bean bun from this bakery, nice little shop with tasty treats! Avg Item is 2.50 minimum is $10 for EFT/EBT Just be sure to bring cash if you buying for yourself / 4 items or less
We loved every item we got from Kamalan. The bread was soft and fluffy, and the fillings were top notch. I had to set a personal budget when I was there as I would have bought at least two of every item they had. We will be making a trip back there soon to restock!
Came in for a last minute birthday cake. Super friendly, fast and everything I got from here was tasty and excellent. Will come again whenever I visit Houston!
The bread here is amazing. Fresh and not too sweet. I got here around 3:20pm on a Sunday so they were already out of a lot of stuff but the breads I got were yummo
