The staff is friendly and attentive. The reason I gave a 4 in food is because sometimes my drinks are a hit or missed. I normally go for the same drinks, the Ice Storm mocha or the hot chocolate, and depending on who's doing it will taste very good or just blah. Unfortunately is no consistency. Also, they used to have ham and cheese croissants, but they discontinued the item and replaced it with spinach and cheese croissants 😪. Looks like they changed providers but they are not as good.
I am a regular customer at the ebar. They always get my order right and are easy to communicate with. Rosa, Alexis, and the assistant manager-Jamil, always have a smile on their faces!
They always making sure they take care of my needs to the best if they ability.. and the cookies are GREAT! Not to forget to mention the lotus!! All the staff is amazing!! I highly recommend

Kasey and the team were great. I have to grab a lavender chai latte every time I come to shop. Because the weather has been so hot they suggested I try it iced. I love it. It was a fabulous suggestion and is now a new way for me to enjoy my favorite e-bar drink. Thanks!

The staff it's really amazing!!! I always used to ask for a brownie, hot matcha latte or carrot cupcake. They were always really good with me, made my rainy days better 💖💖💖.
