This is my first time visiting this location. The service was great and so was the atmosphere. The food was prepared well as shown in the image. The restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. This place strikes me as somewhere you can go either by yourself or with the family. The waiter and waitress are prompt and regularly check on their customers. I would also like to give a special thanks to the server for providing me with access to a charging booth so I could finish up some online courses. This level of service really goes a long way. Kudos IHOP! 👍
Food was good server was great my daughter threw up and he was so polite and helping I know it's not his job to clean it up but he was there trying his best in the past I've been there and haven't had great service it's been a while but after that I think I can put it back on my list if they have servers as good as that

So I haven't been to IHOP in a very long time because the service was so bad and the food was sub-par. Today my kids really wanted to go so we got my big family ready and I was so surprised. Our waitress Anahi was amazing!! Then we received the food, I ordered French toast as a side to my entree it definitely was not the same as before. It was so good. It was 8 of us they had all eaten there before and, for the most part, ordered the same as previous times. I dont know what happened, but the quality of the food has definitely improved. Just the presentation seems better, tastes better, and Anahi's service just sweetend the whole experience. I'm going to assume it's new staff & management! Great job! See you very soon! The only thing..we had a large group, and the host seated us in a booth it was a bad seating choice, but we made due.
I ordered on the app. It was user friendly and very easy to navigate. I chose curbside. One you get there, park in the designated area and call and they will bring your food. They were very quick and friendly. We ordered the classic burrito w/ bowl and the breakfast sampler. The food was fresh, delicious and good temperature.
Jonathan was a lovely waiter,who deserves a 5 star review. He was kind and gave us his full attention. There was no music,whivh takes away from the rating of the atmosphere. The dining experience was remarkable for me and not my friend. He ordered a steak and i ordered pancakes. I will just leave it there. Who orders a steak at iHOP?
I was in the area and decided to have breakfast here, customer service was great and food almost as good if it wasn’t for the bacon which was a bit under cooked.
My recent visit to IHOP was truly exceptional, all thanks to Tiffany, our wonderful server. Her attentive and friendly service added so much to my dining experience. I was thoroughly impressed and left with a big smile on my face. A definite five-star review for Tiffany's outstanding hospitality!
This used to be out fav Ihop when we were transportationally challenged 😆.
We were in the neighborhood and decided to stop by. The parking lot was packed. The food good as always, no complaints on breakfast. The service was ok the server was really young, we didn't get flatware until after our food came. Overall it was ok as expected 👌🏾
We always do the sampler breakfast and it comes with pancakes, and for the pancakes we do tres leches🥰🥰🥰 you end up sharing a meal with your darling, not all stuffed up and saving money, a win win🥰

I love this location. Unfortunately we live 25 miles away and cannot eat hear constantly, but every time that we are here we enjoy the good service and fresh taste in their foods. Michelle was a very nice host today. We definitely will come back.

the hard, brown avocados should not have been put on plate. The chef knew that when they put them there, otherwise all was fine
First of all, the food, especially the seasonal pancakes, and the service were good. But our dine-in experience was horrible because of one group of inconsiderate customers so we ended up taking the food to go.
