I stopped at this Jack in the Box while driving home to the other side of town after a 12-hour shift. I don't normally eat fast food since going keto, but at 10 p.m. there wasn't much choice.
The staff here were by far the nicest people I have had the pleasure of talking to. Even the lady who came out to give me my food was so nice. The food was also way better than I expected.
That side of town isn't the nicest, but this Jack in the box is definitely better than any I have been too on the west side of the Houston area.
The line moves quickly, the food and coffee are always hot at this location and the people are friendly that work there. I love that they always put napkins and condiments in the bag without having to ask for them. Great place to grab a quick bite.

As far as taste the food it is always good. I just wish the presentation was better. Stop just slapping stuff together.
Fresh food and service was great and was fast. Their delivery service is also great they are fast and the order always is correct
This Jack in the Box restaurant shares a building with a Shell station on the westbound East Freeway service road at Normandy. I can fill up my gas tank and have lunch at the same location. I like the all day breakfast menu at Jack In The Box. The Jumbo Jack combination meal is another one of my favorite menu items.
What ever crew was at 12 am July 9th need a raise that food was the best I ever had at Jack's fresh and made correctly thank you very much I appreciate the detail u made it with

Came 1-20-2023 . Awesome customer service! Went through the drive thru and window attendant had a great attitude, smile and was on point! Thank you. Food was hot, nothing missing in bag and station and behind counter was clean!
