As we know. Wings are cooked to order so always fresh. Flavors are great.
I like this wing stop because their service is above average. They are respectful, even when they are really busy.
I frequent this location and haven’t been let down.
First time ever getting a call to let me know my order was ready for pickup from any Wingstop and it was a nice addition that I didn’t know I wanted or needed. Wingstop on Yale Street was very efficient and customer oriented. The only thing I wish Wingstop did was label the flavors. I wanted to try (3) limited flavors and could make out what the flavors was but it would have been nice to see it labeled. Either way, I’ll always order from Wingstop and if I need to pick up, I’ll make sure to go to Yale Street.
I usually don’t expect great service towards the end of the night from Wingstop, but the whole crew working today were all super nice, energetic, and made sure to check on everyone waiting. Superstar squad for sure!

Her dedication and friendly demeanor truly stood out. Adriana's outstanding customer service deserves recognition, and I believe she should be considered for a raise. This place blew me away tonight. Last time I visited many months ago I waited for my online order about 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Tonight I walked in and not only was my order ready on time, but each flavor I ordered included a couple bonus boneless wings, and they all tasted fresh and hot. No skimping on the sauce either. Wingstop is the best, 10x better than bww any day
What can I say…this was the best Wing Stop experience I have ever had. The customer service at this location is unparalleled and honestly was completely unexpected. The only thing better than the service was the food. The cook and sauce work on my wings was perfect. 10/10. Flawless execution and if you’re in the Heights stop by and give them a try.

Wingstops are generally all the same and this location in the past has been a hit or miss for me, but today's staff was amazing. The lady working in the front (9/11 @1pm) was friendly and attentive. She quickly got my order together and placed it on my table when it was ready (other wingstops just place the order on the counter when ready). I cough a little while eating in and the lady checked w/ me if I was good. That was thoughtful of her. When I was done eating, a gentleman came to pick my tray up for me which is nice because usually there's always unkept tables at wingstops but not at this location. It's those small details that are nice to have.
Also the food was excellent today. Wings/fries extra crispy and I got fresh celery. 😋
I've been meaning to post here for some weeks, this is by far the best wing stop I’ve had, The food is always fresh and cook perfect, I've had other wing stop and the wings are always cooked too hard not this place always just right.. The staff is friendly and welcoming. 😋😋
Ordered the Original Buffalo sauce. They said give them 20 mins. Picked up & meal was ready fresh no issues
I had five employees welcome me when I walked in the door! Extremely kind hospitality, yummy Cajun corn, and a great experience. I’d recommend coming here for sure, 5 stars from me for this Wingstop location!

New staff is very hospitable. The guy who took my order (I think the chef) was very helpful. The girl who took my payment was polite. The young man who gave me my meal asked if I wanted to double check. As I left the same guy (I’m assuming head chef) made sure everything was good. It was 11 pm, late, so at that time staff is usually tired but they were all on point. Will be back again.
Best Wing Stop I’ve ever been to. The staff are extremely kind and courteous. Trenisha took my order down precisely how I wanted it. The food came out earlier then expected and it looked like it should be on a commercial!
The atmosphere was not bad but pretty small place for a group of 7. The staff and people working there 5/5. Got the boneless wings atomic flavor. Burns my mouth which is good but the flavor is 2/5. Overall 3/5. The soda machine flavors were stale in general, but I’ll give this place a 4/5 for fast service.
